The food at this location wasn't just good...it was so good that my 7 year old daughter who generally finds restaraunt food to be "ok" went up to our waiter as we were leaving and said, "My food was PHENOMENAL!" Her Daddy and I completely agree! My husband had the Eggs Benedict, I had the best Teriyaki Salmon of my life, and my daughter had "the creamiest mac n' cheese ever"! We also shared Carrot Cake Bread Pudding for desert, which was amazing! Our waiter, Keaton, was genuinely one of the nicest and most attentive waiters I have ever met ( I highly recommend requesting him). We are from Wichita, KS, but I guarantee the next time we are in the area, we will be back!
I always love metro. I have a difficult time deciding what I'm going to have because 9/10 times it's going to be hot, fresh, and delicious. The weekend wait times go by fast but breakfast is always a 10.
We had breakfast there and it was a hit and miss. We left half the food on the table and as we left we saw we were not the only ones. Gordon Ramsey would not be pleased
I had their fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and biscuit. One will have to wait a bit as the fried chicken is cooked to order. It is worth the wait. Everything is so good. There is enough food to take some home for a second meal. The service was very good.
Going downhill quick! Haven’t eaten here in about a year and it really was awful tonight. My spouse got a very cold bowl of potato soup and I was very surprised that my order of a chicken parm sandwich was covered in slivers of onion and peppers which weren’t listed in the menu. The waitress was very sweet though. Definitely will not go back.
By luck, we found this restaurant and it was very good. I had the shepherds pie which was huge and my husband enjoyed the meatloaf. Would definitely go again.
I have eaten there two times, Both times it was terrible. Had the monti cristu last time the chicken pot pie. Save yourself a huge disappointment. The food was terrible. When you walk in it smells like someone took a dump in the dinner. The food is actually not worth eating...
Breakfast came and went. Have you ever gone somewhere that was so unremarkable that it was like it just slipped your mind you even went there, well that is this spot. Skip it unless there is no other option. Service was slow, food was meh, menu well boring. Just don’t and definitely don’t say you did.
We were shopping at Tulsa Hills and needed something for dinner. Decided to try Metro Diner. We have not experienced very good food with other restaurants with the same name but decided to try it. We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was served hot and fresh. The wait staff was very friendly. We ate breakfast for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. They also had dinner entrees that looked very good. This will become our new go-to place for breakfast food.
