absolutely loved my frozen skinny marg but the best part of the whole meal was our server, Justin. He was so sweet, proactive, came around exactly the right amount of time, and made sure we were always taken care of. Would go back just to be seated in his section again!

We had the BEST experience with Justin as our waiter. Went to lunch with my 10 month old and her grandparents. We all agreed best service we have had in forever. Very attentive and polite while also showing his own personality. He even cut up strawberries into bite sized pieces for my baby! Food was great, Justin made the experience even better!

One of the worst experiences we have had at a restaurant in a long time. We had a reservation and arrived on time. We got seated after a few minutes. 5 minutes after we arrived a lady brought us salsa. Then no one came by for almost 20 or more minutes to even offer us a drink so our mouths were on fire from the hot salsa. We needed some water. I remember when restaurants used to offer you a glass of water when you first sat down, especially in a Mexican restaurant when they serve hot salsa. Finally the waiter came by and took our drink order and took our food order at the same time since we had been there for about 25 minutes or longer at this point. Another 10 minutes went by and our waiter had still not brought us drinks. We saw our waiter stop by the table next to us twice during this time but he didn't come back to our table. Finally since our mouths were on fire from the salsa I got up and found the waiter and asked about our drinks. He said he lost the paper with our order and could not remember our drink or food order and had not gotten us drinks or turned in our food order. I was wondering when he was going to let us know this. He could have stopped back at our table to let us know he lost our drink and food order. At this point of waiting more than 30 minutes or almost 40 minutes, and not even getting offered any water to drink, we got up and left. The manager was standing by the wall talking on his cell phone half the time, oblivious to what was going on in the restaurant. There were other people who seemed they had been waiting for a long time for various things as well. It didn't seem like many people were working in there but the restaurant was fairly busy, but not full. It was absolutely some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. I doubt we will be back anytime soon.

The food was great ! We ate at an odd time 3:30 and they were not busy at all but our waitress was terrible. Not friendly, never told us her name, never filled any drinks or chips. She came by when we were done eating. I can love the food but give me crappy service and I will not return. Booo.

One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life We had a reservation for a family dinner. We called to requested a specific booth 10 days in advance. We arrived on time, but we were told our booth was no longer available. Hostess was unhelpful. Once we were finally seated at another table , it took 10+ minutes for a waitress to come our table. Margaritas arrived 20 minutes after we ordered them and they were one drink short. Food took 45 minutes to arrive and many of the entrees were cold. The icing on the cake was them running out of chips. Yikes Needless to say I will not be returning anytime soon. It’s a shame because this place used to good.
