This place really went downhill. Everything is dirty including the menus. My nachos must have set at the window forever because they were cold and I waited 29 minutes at 4:30 on a Monday. The server hasn't checked back in with me in 15 minutes now, he's too busy on his phone . They won't last much longer at this rate. Sad because they used to be so good.

This was our first time trying this little place. The food was amazing however, the guacamole was a bit bland. Regardless, the wait staff was very kind and attentive and the atmosphere was just what you would expect it to be. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was coming thru town and got hungry so I stopped here. I had Laura as a server. She was just so amazing. She had a great attitude. My drinks were always full and the service was just superior. I would recommend asking for her if you are planning to come here. I'm def coming back and she most def will be who I request!!!

Awesome chips AND salsa, which is rare. Typically there's either good salsa OR chips. Not the case at Monterreys! The food, service, chips AND salsa are on the top of my go to places to eat. Yall rock!

The food looks so good I didn't really remember to get pictures hahaha We went at 3:30 on a Sunday and the restaurant was mostly empty. Our hostess, waitress and cashier were the same amazing lady. I wish I would have gotten her name because she definitely took care of us. The chips and salsa they bring out in the beginning were delicious, We ordered a medium queso and they only had white taste so that day which was fine We thought it was delicious.. the salsa was kind of spicy but the chips were thin and crispy. I ordered the chicken and spinach deep fried roll up and it was so hot and good. As usual Granny got the cheese enchiladas and she ate two of the three of them which says a lot about a restaurant. My husband got three chicken enchiladas and he ate his entire plate and there was not one rice grain left. I did include a picture of my mostly eating chicken lol
I orderd a salad and it didn't come as described. When i asked about it. I was told that they don't have it like that anymore
