Awesome chips AND salsa, which is rare. Typically there's either good salsa OR chips. Not the case at Monterreys! The food, service, chips AND salsa are on the top of my go to places to eat. Yall rock!

The food looks so good I didn't really remember to get pictures hahaha We went at 3:30 on a Sunday and the restaurant was mostly empty. Our hostess, waitress and cashier were the same amazing lady. I wish I would have gotten her name because she definitely took care of us. The chips and salsa they bring out in the beginning were delicious, We ordered a medium queso and they only had white taste so that day which was fine We thought it was delicious.. the salsa was kind of spicy but the chips were thin and crispy. I ordered the chicken and spinach deep fried roll up and it was so hot and good. As usual Granny got the cheese enchiladas and she ate two of the three of them which says a lot about a restaurant. My husband got three chicken enchiladas and he ate his entire plate and there was not one rice grain left. I did include a picture of my mostly eating chicken lol

The server was very attentive, the food was excellent & a wonderful atmosphere. An A+ restaurant.
Great service. The steak and cheese enchiladas were delicious and the steak was so tender. We got there just in time for happy hour margaritas and they were a hit.
This place is your fairly standard delicious Mexican restaurant. I particularly enjoy their salsa, it's spicier than most! My dish was delicious and the server was very friendly.
