What a unique and delicious experience! Mr Kim's great - wonderful, thoughtful service; delicious food; fun! My family had never eaten Korean BBQ in this style but the server explained things well enough for my young children to participate. The dishes from the kitchen were exceptional and grilling at the table was a lot of fun!
This wasn’t just dinner. It was an experience. You should absolutely do the Omakase dinner. We did the House offering, and it was incredible. The three appetizers were amazing. The meat selections were top notch, prime cuts of meat. If I could give 10 stars for the service, I would. Our waiter, Hosea, was phenomenal. He made the night. He was so knowledgeable about the food and how to grill it perfectly. He provided absolutely top notch service, from the moment we arrived until we departed. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening.

A lot of food but it takes a while to get going. Unless you’re famished do not order multiple proteins per person as it’s overkill and you’ll be over spending.

Had an amazing experience! My bf and I had been to Mr Kim’s before, but tonight when we went it was the best experience we have had so far. We had a waiter named Hosiah. He was exceptional!!! He really takes pride in his work and went above and beyond throughout our entire dinner. He was so knowledgeable and taught us about the food along with the culture and origin of the food. He was super attentive, and a good steward of his work. I really admire people like this and so I had to leave a review. Food was great, Hosiah was great. We will definitely be back and ask for him!

Contemporary meets old school vibes. I felt like I was stepping into a private club or underground speakeasy for just a moment by how the entrance is and the dark decor, with it's cozy, romantic allure inside. I'll have to upload pictures later for some reason Google isn't allowing me to right now. They are participating in the Tulsa 30 day Vegan Challenge during the month of April and they have a daikon radish fettuccine. If you don't like a little spicy peppery flavor, you're not going to like this dish. If you are a fan of black peppery flavored foods, you'll love it! When I say spicy peppery flavor I'm taking about smokey black pepper flavor not spicy chilli peppers. I also got one of their house mocktails called the Clairvoyant. This is a very fun flavorful drink. It's a combination of coffee, cherry and cranberry shaken well. Which then creates a very foamy creamy texture. They put a dark cherry as garnish and it gives a sweet, dense dessert taste. Loved it because not only was it nice to taste but pleasant to the eyes. I was surprised when I walked up to the bar to order my food to go that I saw a familiar face. Sean Farris, a local comedian who I've seen personally perform his comedian act at The Tulsa Comedy Club off of 31st and Sheridan and who is very funny. Happened to be the bartender. He also has upcoming shows at The Vanguard here in Tulsa and a couple other locations. You guys definitely need to check out his show and show him some love/support. Oh and something else that I liked and you don't see much is they had box matches at the front entrance which I don't support smoking 🚭 but nice to have and also supports the whole romantic vibe I thought about the place because then you could light a candle 🍽️🕯️❤️🔥
Mr. Kim's is an excellent restaurant as a whole. Service was top notch. The food we did great was fantastic. 2 issues. One, portion sizes were dismal at best. The only cocktail I received was imbalanced. Far to sweet for an old fashioned.

The service was the BEST I’ve ever had! Sean went above and beyond helping us from start to finish. We never wanted for anything and never had to ask for anything. It was like he could read our minds. He anticipated our needs and was ready. The Wagyu was divine (which Sean expertly grilled for us) and the fried rice was amazing!
If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely come back. And if you stop in and get Sean as your server, thank your lucky stars!
Phenomenal restaurant! Lots of options. Our server, Katie, made the whole process run smoothly, even though we had no idea what to do. We left very full, and very happy. Can't wait to go back!
