I previously accidentally hit a “no” when asked if it was worth the price. That was an accident and it is definitely worth the price and it’s a wonderful place to go and have lunch! Excellent catfish on Friday, with other great choices to have with your entrée! Oh, and can I say that their lemon pie which is offered on Fridays is made with real lemon squeezed juice. I’ve only been coming here the last 3 days but the food was amazing! I’ve tried something different each time, although the chicken fried chicken is by far my favorite so far. Best mashed potatoes around! The service is amazing, the atmosphere is fun. You know it’s good when the lines out the door and tables are full during lunch. Very grateful this place is so close to where I work. $15 for a full meal and some great corn bread! Try it if you haven’t. Awesome comfort...
Delicious home style cooking served up buffet/cafeteria style. Great old timey band plays every Friday. Established in 1929. It's the first place I would take out of town visitors.
