I don’t understand why they have someone like Larry white old man working there still,dude has a miserable attitude makes the environment of this place bad,I was picking up a load and the Larry came out with an attitude for no reason talking about he will load whenever he loads me,be prepared drivers to deal with this nonsense guy,if he don’t like his job go somewhere else

If delivering, be prepared to bring a pacifier for the warehouse guy. Very unprofessional with constant wining and crying about his job unloading trailers like a little 1 year old. Really sad hearing this when drivers have been driving 11 hours then pulling into listening to the complaining which is extremely LOUD. It’s a shame. Stay away from L Hooper.

Appointment today 8 am I checked in 7:30 am empty 8:20 friendly staff nothing to complain about I slept on the street on the side of the building.

Sad to say but your grandmother would be greatly disappointed!!!— You began with putting out a delicious ,high quality product at a fair price at 110 calories per serving. Then the steady decline began …It started with getting rid of one of the best flavors , chocolate dipped in white chocolate…. Then you began playing the “ shrinking game”…, followed by $$ price increase which, is understandable but it should NEVER be at the sacrifice of original quality or quantity that your customers have grown accustomed to !!! The size has been reduced at least twice yet calories didn’t change until most recently… now smaller by at least 1/3 serving is now 160 calories, how can that be???? Throughout all of that , at least the integrity of the product remained intact. Until NOW… after my last purchase, 1 almond and not a whole one at that and the texture is COMPLETELY different. ? All quality and integrity has been removed!! You have destroyed every bar once trusted , by which no other commercially packaged biscotti compared. — Yet another sad story that began with passion, integrity and hard work, consumed by Corporate GREED!!! I visited as a delivery driver. I wish these guys ran some other docks where I have delivered. Their product is delicious too.
Important for drivers. No overnight parking,they start in 8 am chek in. But,that doesn’t mean nothing. You probably gonna wait couple hours. Nobody says nothing,when you ask about anything,they don’t know. Nobody tells you where to pick up papers when you finish. If I can,I would give them 0. These is my worst experience ever like a truck driver.
