Food was amazing service was a bit confusing but it wasn't bad at all. Food Portions were good for the cost of the food and tasted amazing, I love these family run businesses its just amazing. The Fried Rice with teriyaki is a go too, such an amazing meal and their drinks are good, atmosphere is nice and I love this place.

The food and service here are always great. It can be a bit pricey but it's totally worth it!

worst sushi ive ever had in my life, dryer than my grandmas cooch, avacado was hard, the rice was definitely older than me. i took it to the register to ask for a refund bc my food didn’t taste at all how i expected and DID NOT look like the picture, the man behind the counter was very rude, wasn’t listening to me, insisted it was fresh, and flat out refused to give me refund even tho i only took one bite. they have horrible customer service and tbh i dont even know why i ever ate here, the foods mediocre at best. there are far better places to get food in the mall!!!

The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly! It was cool watching all the food, freshly prepared in front of us. This is not a buffet style restaurant with pre-cooked food. They cook your order after you pay for it and they do it very quickly.

Rude .. very Rude in dealing with the customers

Took almost 30 minutes to get my food, none of the employees knew who got what, and none of the customers knew which order was theirs. Very bad service.

Excellent cooking right in front of you which makes the experience even greater!! No surprises in your food Nori Japan is awesomeness to the palette 💯💯❣️❣️❣️

Love the chicken teriyaki. The fried rice is good. It’s more of a waiting time than the other Asian places, but they cook in front of you so that’s cool.

If I could give no stars I would. From terrible customer service to tiny portions sizes there is nothing good about this place. They are rude and a tad bit racist if you aren’t hispanic (they skipped over me to help a hispanic family that was clearly behind me and once the guy finally help me he rushed through my order and was being dismissive throughout). Plus I paid $12 for 7 pieces of shrimp and maybe a palm full of beef. If you are going to eat at the mall just pick another place there are 2 other asian food places that have decent customer service and food just steps away from this disaster.

Nice people but fraudulent practices:

It's not often that I leave a review like this but here's all the juicy details....I asked them for broccoli beef in a bowl and they said that they couldn't give me broccoli beef unless it was a larger size portion but that they could do chicken and broccoli in a bowl. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and they charged me the bowl price for the chicken alone and then charged me an additional charge to add broccoli which ended up being "more than their full size meals" when all I was asking for was a bowl. Very frustrating. It's not the price. It's the principal of itemizing the order so that they could make more money in excess of their normal meals. Kind of like Mel Gibson in that movie Randsome, where they keep trying to give him back $4 million dollars to compensate him for his missing $40,000 and he tells them "it's only $40,000!" Dishonest. Disregarding of a customer's intelligence. Disrespectful. Fraudulent. Needless to say I'm more than a little frustrated... I feel like they should incur a consequence hence this review....BTW There is a nice Chinese restaurant (Chinese Gourmet) right next door with a server, Maymay, that has a nice big smile, and a really nice manager that always treats my family well, SoeMyi. It's a better option every and any day of the week.

In my opinion this place is great, it’s just the amount of waiting you have to do. But it’s yummy 5 stars

I wish I could give them no stars. The gentleman at the register was ridiculously rude and dismissive. The young lady on her grill seemed new and over it all which I can understand. However, the portion of beef I was given was small while my plate was loaded with rice. The rice cooker was on the floor and the rice was the worse I've ever had and smelt and tasted weird. (they also have the rice cooker on the floor, isn't that unhygienic) I stood in disbelief at the portion of beef in comparison to the rice thrown into the container just for the young lady to place the OPEN container on the counter. My friend asked if they don't close containers and present them to the customers here and she grew annoyed and proceeded to make a very feeble attempt to close the container with the same spatula she's using on the grill. To add fire to the fuel, I was given my shrimp tempura on a to-go paper plate! -__- Well I never!!!! I almost forgot it from the shock of watching her prepare my meal and when I turned to ask about it, another server pointed to it while actively speaking over my food. I have never, ever, in my life received such poor service and for food to taste just as bad as the service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
