Nothing Bundt Cakes

Love these little cakes. They were divine! A tad high but yummy as can be!!! I couldn't afford to do this every day. The little bundtlet was $7. But was very good!!

For my wife's birthday, I got some bundtlets for us and best friends, and surprised her with a casual visit later that evening. She was very happy by the visit and we all enjoyed the company PLUS the personal bundt cakes! We have never been disappointed by an item from this store. Fresh, tasty and gone!

This is a nationwide issue because yall are outsourcing to uber eats, everytime I order for a friend to be delivered or if someone orders for me, this keeps happening sent to the wrong address, the order clearly says “ d” and lazy drivers being outsourced dropped it off to the wrong house and I was unable to pick up my gift as it was not there when I went to go look for it. Hire your own drivers this is ridiculous. Not to mention the 30 min phone convo I had to have with the last driver yall outsourced because she couldn’t understand me and follow a map the the address and dropped it off at the wrong house because she got frustrated. Insane.

I made a purchase at your Memorial store in Tulsa. I had a coupon for one free Bundtlet with purchase of one. I asked the 'not-so-friendly' clerk, "what does it cost to stack them in a bag with a bow?" She told me that they can't do that with a coupon purchase. Then said, "The cost is $2.00." (I assume that is for a normal purchase without a coupon). So, my question is, "why wouldn't she let me pay the $2.00 and gift wrap it? It was a Valentine gift for my 98 year old Mother & I wanted it to be pretty. Just very disappointing!
And, I have made purchases at the Tulsa Hills' Store and they are extremely kind, friendly & accommodating. I suppose I will make my future purchases at that location.

The staff was very friendly and nice as soon as you walk in. The store is very cutely decorated and clean. The Andes peppermint and chocolate bundt cake was the bomb (it was moist and juicy without being too rich and oily/fatty/buttery tasting)! Loved this store and the experience! They also have gluten-free chocolate chip bundt cake.

I typically pop in and pick up 2 boxes of buntinis for my family. Yesterday we were in Tulsa and my husband really wanted one so we went in with 6 of our children to order a box. They would not do a custom box but would only sell boxes with the flavors they had pre-selected because “it’s just so much easier for them.” I made the comment that I remember a time when businesses cared more about what the customer wanted than what was easiest for them. They made it sound like it was company policy. Today I popped in to the store in OKC and guess what? They were happy to do a custom box. Guess it’s just the Tulsa store.

I spent $130+ here on a single order of mini cakes and they wouldn’t give me 1 plastic spoon to eat the one I bought myself in store lol. They said, “we have them but we aren’t allowed to give them out.” I’ve placed orders like this often at other Bundt locations and they’ve given me 1 spoon. Won’t be coming back based solely on the poor customer service.
