I made a purchase at your Memorial store in Tulsa. I had a coupon for one free Bundtlet with purchase of one. I asked the 'not-so-friendly' clerk, "what does it cost to stack them in a bag with a bow?" She told me that they can't do that with a coupon purchase. Then said, "The cost is $2.00." (I assume that is for a normal purchase without a coupon). So, my question is, "why wouldn't she let me pay the $2.00 and gift wrap it? It was a Valentine gift for my 98 year old Mother & I wanted it to be pretty. Just very disappointing!
And, I have made purchases at the Tulsa Hills' Store and they are extremely kind, friendly & accommodating. I suppose I will make my future purchases at that location.

The staff was very friendly and nice as soon as you walk in. The store is very cutely decorated and clean. The Andes peppermint and chocolate bundt cake was the bomb (it was moist and juicy without being too rich and oily/fatty/buttery tasting)! Loved this store and the experience! They also have gluten-free chocolate chip bundt cake.

I typically pop in and pick up 2 boxes of buntinis for my family. Yesterday we were in Tulsa and my husband really wanted one so we went in with 6 of our children to order a box. They would not do a custom box but would only sell boxes with the flavors they had pre-selected because âitâs just so much easier for them.â I made the comment that I remember a time when businesses cared more about what the customer wanted than what was easiest for them. They made it sound like it was company policy. Today I popped in to the store in OKC and guess what? They were happy to do a custom box. Guess itâs just the Tulsa store.

I spent $130+ here on a single order of mini cakes and they wouldnât give me 1 plastic spoon to eat the one I bought myself in store lol. They said, âwe have them but we arenât allowed to give them out.â Iâve placed orders like this often at other Bundt locations and theyâve given me 1 spoon. Wonât be coming back based solely on the poor customer service.

This isn't so much about the cake, but rather the customer service as well as feedback for future customers who order the little bundtlet cakes to have as a sweet tooth dessert. I came in the store today, July 31st at around 5:15 pm to receive my free bundtlet and asked if there was a plastic spoon in the bag. I had wanted to park somewhere and enjoy my bundlet in my car. I was told by one of the two young ladies (perhaps she was training the other young lady)at the register that they don't put plastic spoons/forks in the bag since they don't have an eating area. She then told me to have a nice day and they walked off to the back. That didn't really make much sense to me because eating area or not, it should still be provided. Not everyone is going straight home. I was left with a cake and no spoon and forced to go plastic fork/spoon hunting. I ended up having to stop at the QuikTrip up the street to walk in and ask for a plastic spoon, which one of the workers kindly pointed where they were to me. QuikTrip doesn't have "eating areas" either although there are certain locations that do, but they serve food so they make sure they have utensils for people to eat with. I was disappointed with the employee at Nothing Bundt Cakes. She did not provide the best customer service. I hope you all will consider customers like me who want to have a bundlet out at the park, at the library, or even in their car. Please provide plastic wear. It's cake. It's messy. And it's not fun eating with your hands.THANK you.Edit:Obviously they don't care about whether you want to eat their cake with your hands or not. So, there you have it.
Could eat this stuff daily! Dangerous! Sooo wonderful. Great for gifts and really any special occasion (or excuse to go by ha) consistent product, consistent quality, consistent excellent service and attitudes!
