Notion is a cool underground coffee shop in East Village downtown. It can be easy to miss if it's your first time here. The entrance is unassuming and when you walk through the main door there's a ramp to the left you have to go down to get there, but once you turn the corner it opens up to a modern, artsy space. Awesome coffee shop. As you walk in, you feel like you found a hidden gem, and you did. Fantastic coffee. They serve food as well. Cool, artsy space with plenty of space and seating. Very friendly staff. Everything you want in a hip coffee shop.

Found on google while waiting on daughter at Equality Center. It's obscure, artsy, quiet, and really good coffee. Staff guy was super friendly and answered all my inquisitively. I will be back to work remotely.
