NYC Pizza Reviews
Horrible customer service! I wanted to love this NYC south location but the customer service is horrible. I received burnt garlic knots. I called to advise the restaurant of the burnt food. I was told a manager will call me in 1-2 weeks about the issue! I then asked the workers his name and he replied “it’s not important “ . What kind of business is this, we eat out alot and this is not ok. I will be waiting on a call from the manager Mike, who returns calls in for 1-2 weeks!
We enjoy visiting for a slice once every couple weeks. We like the white pie as well as just a classic cheese.
tried it for the first time and it was preety good.the cannolies were good too.

NYC Pizza offers authentic New York-style pizza that is tasty and reasonably priced. Customers highly recommend trying the new pies, which are a twist on empanadas. The atmosphere may not be a priority, but the quality of the pizza makes up for it. Many visitors keep coming back for the delicious pizza, and some even buy fresh dough to recreate it at home, although they admit it's never as good as the one served at NYC Pizza. It is also a popular lunch spot, with slices less than $7 and large enough to satisfy any hunger. The pizza has a great taste and a good crust, hitting the perfect balance of flavor and crispiness. Customers have praised the friendly staff, noting their helpfulness and kindness, especially when helping with carry-out or accommodating families. The pizza consistently impresses with its fresh tomato sauce, flavorful toppings, and light, flavorful crust. Many describe the experience as nostalgic, reminiscent of classic Long Island pizzerias from the 1980s and 1990s, making it a favorite for those craving authentic New York-style pizza.
The atmosphere is a bit run down and in need of maintenance, but the service and food are good. They make a good NY-style thin-crust large slice of pizza with the toppings you desire. Their chocolate cannoli's are delicious. Customers were pleased with their meal. The Sicilian pizza was very good, and the NY-style pizza was good, although one customer didn't care for an odd spice. Customers recommend the pepperoni and mushroom slice, which was very thin and crispy, and the Jamaican meat pies, though one customer found the seasoning overpowering in one bite.
