The only suggestion I would have is either offer the option to individually wrap them (I had to ask about bags and also pay for extra for the bags), or a smaller box so they don’t slide everywhere in transport. Luckily I got them where they needed to be without any breaking but overall OK Cookie Momster did not disappoint. The cookies I custom ordered were beautifully done, delicious, and the staff was amazing.

I was disappointed in the inconsistency of my cookies. The name Carter was written on them, but they were not even remotely alike. Some of them had very small font that was crooked. We did a space theme and even though I was very specific on the cookies we wanted by circling them in photos that I sent, they left out one of the planets we wanted. When I went back in after picking them up and brought it to their attention, they told me they could not fix it, but they would have the owner call me and I never received a call. I will do business elsewhere.

I was considering taking these into an office…Most of the cookies were good. Salted Carmel was great. The Cookies and Cream cookie seemed overcooked and was a bit dry. The frosted flower cookie was flavorful but half the size of the other cookies and the same price. Overall- good cookies but overpriced for what you get - just my opinion.
