I was disappointed in the inconsistency of my cookies. The name Carter was written on them, but they were not even remotely alike. Some of them had very small font that was crooked. We did a space theme and even though I was very specific on the cookies we wanted by circling them in photos that I sent, they left out one of the planets we wanted. When I went back in after picking them up and brought it to their attention, they told me they could not fix it, but they would have the owner call me and I never received a call. I will do business elsewhere.

I think that they should either put a drop of icing on the bottom of their cookies or dividers in the box because by the time we got our cookies home, they definitely did not look like they looked in the case

I was considering taking these into an office…Most of the cookies were good. Salted Carmel was great. The Cookies and Cream cookie seemed overcooked and was a bit dry. The frosted flower cookie was flavorful but half the size of the other cookies and the same price. Overall- good cookies but overpriced for what you get - just my opinion.

Literally the best sugar cookie I’ve ever had. Worth every penny. Such cute designs, too. They are very nice, too! Stopped in on maternity leave and sat a while eating a cookie with my newborn. Was offered water and it was a nice place to relax and enjoy a little down time.

Stopped in on a whim when my partner announced “they have coffee too!” (Which he probably used as the way to secretly get me into the store for cookies). The ladies behind the counter were welcoming and warm. The whole place is fun and friendly. I went to order a latte and the gal behind the counter wasn’t sure how to make them and I offered to walk her through it (because why not) and instead of looking at me like I was crazy, which is often the response I get to this type of thing, she welcomed it. We laughed all the way through only to realize the machine was broken (and had a good time laughing about that). I ended up with cold brew coffee. AND the cookies and coffee are excellent. We truly enjoyed our quick visit and truly recommend it! This friendly bunch love what they do and it shows.
