I've been going to this place for years! It has also been my go to for a quick breakfast or brunch on the road.
This morning unfortunately my chicken Caesar bagel order was made with very brown romaine lettuce and was literally drenched in dressing and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out.
I also ordered a cookie that tasted mostly like flour and was hard as a rock.
My chai was basically milk with a dash of chai.
So disappointing. It will be awhile before I go back.

Great bagels. Nowhere comparable in town, anyone from here knows it. This isn’t like a nice breakfast place. It’s a bagel place plain and simple. The bagels are the same as/better than some in nyc.

I prefer the one on 71st and Yale. I ordered in the app to have the order made at a slightly later time so it would be done when I got to Tulsa (about 30 minutes later). They made it immediately so it was cold when I got there and it was not the right order. The bagel they did give me was okay.

My bagel had fuzz on it, it was stale, and it had half the normal amount of cream cheese. My chai was all milk, and my boyfriend got a plain coffee instead of what he ordered. And the lady in the drive through was not friendly. Normally we have no problems but if this is the new standard, we will not be coming back.

The Bagels are ehh, but this review is not about that. My partner ordered a blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese and bacon. He checked the order, and there was no bacon on it. So he told the drive-through individual who appeared to be male and the individual took the order from my partner and gave it back to the kitchen to fix...that would have been okay if the food never left the kitchen but once its out its extremely unsanitary and the way to handle that would be to ask hey can we give you the bacon on the side. My partner tried to provide feedback, and the individual reacted and lied, saying there was bacon on there (even though he took it back and had bacon put on there) So, understanding the type of establishment this is I will not be returning. The bagel is not worth the disrespect
