I hate leaving 1 star review but feel I need to here. So lately they have been dropping the ball big time. Within the last month they have messed up my order a handful of times. Then yesterday 11/18/25 I placed an order and they left out premium ingredients that I paid for. I contacted them and the manager made it right and all was well and was told they knew who they needed to talk with to make sure they are more careful. Today11/19/25 I decided to get breakfast. I ordered a keto scramble with extra meat and sour cream on the side. Guess what? There was no extra meat and no sour cream on the side. As well as no utensils. How am I supposed to eat this with my fingers? It's bad enough when they screw up your order but when they don't put premium ingredients that you pay for on there that's a problem. Everything was fine yesterday but after today I definitely won't ever be back. I will go to Einstein bros instead from now on. This place needs to get it together.

This was my first experience at NYB cafe.. it was really delicious! I like the vibe in the cafe, there’s gluten friendly options, and the staff were all very nice.
Love this place, their bagels are so good for breakfast or lunch.

I’m from Houston and I thought the prices here were really good. Lox Bagel was delicious and for $8.99 a steal. Cappuccino was good. Overall a great experience

Food is great. Love the ham, egg, and cheese on the asiago bagel. Just don't be in a hurry. Werent very busy and ordered that sandwich, took 25 minutes. I'm willing to wait for good food but for 1 sandwich and on a lunch break😬
