I didn’t get to leave a review on the Kiosk but Kay was our server and absolutely phenomenal ! Super friendly , immediately attended to any of our requests and even showed us how to use the Kiosk . Amazing experience and server !

My food was disgusting salty. The additional plastic container which i thought was parmesan was 100% salt. My order is 2507606499051390. I request a full refund. I am stopping payment on this order!! I cannot tell you how disgusting this food was!!

The only good thing was the Bread sticks, don't recommend the spaghetti and meatballs or the bellini peach-raspberry tea

We have been to Lawton olive garden twice just this week, we waited 30 minutes for our salad and someone to take our order, then an hour later the food came and was wrong :-/ the 2nd time it took 1 hour to get a salad and the girl to take our order, the salad was wrong and didn't get any plates, finally 15 minutes later she brings plates and salad is sowegy, we get our food 1.5 hours later and the chicken was cool and tough as a boot, we ended up giving them the food back and leaving after 2 hours, we won't be going back to lawton olive garden

The food in this Olive Garden is the worst I have eaten. The servers are rude and service very poor. One dish had human hair on it. They have one server juggling between bar tending and tables. The manager is too busy!

The woman who helped me at to-go counter was very nice and quick. However, the food quality was bad. My chicken was extremely dry and Alfredo sauce was almost non existent.

This location is pure disgusting go to memorial location near the mall the chicken and gnocchi soup it's 90% gnocchi and bland and huge chicken barely any soup and the Toscana soup had huge kale parts not like it usually is and watery I usually love Olive Garden but every time we come to this one it's disgusting for some reason but my fiance did a pickup to the closest location and it so happened to be this one and yuck we give up on this location.

Bread sticks were not really fresh, chewy at each end, but the rest of the food was very good. Soup s supposed to have Gnochi in it ... There were 2 🙈

Your meals to go is not a good deal anymore. There’s less than these bowls then when you get for lunch. And that’s another thing your portions of lunch is even shrunken. but when you stop in for dinner, it’s the same amount of food as always. Can you come in for lunch and you’ll sit for 10 to 15 minutes before anybody shows up to your table ?

I had the most horrible experience!
Once sitting down at my table I turn to notice a gigantic spider and jump out and scream the manager then comes does not apologize what so over and tries to kill the spider while interrupting others eating. We then get directed to sit across from the table, I then still can’t process the entire thing and the waiter just keeps insisting on ordering. He then brings the drinks and once the Salad arrives I open the napkin only to noticed it has already been used with makeup stains and food… very unpleasant experience and horrible customer service care.
