Made an online order and set it for a few hours later so I could pick it up on my break, but when I got there they forced me to wait past my break time so they could remake it even though I explicitly communicated with their To Go squad (I think it was the host who spoke with me) what time frame I would be there and NOT to remake it. Nice people and delicious food, but that cost me money and caused an issue with my job which wasn't cool (especially considering the current price of their food). SMH

I tried their chicken stuffed marsala but didn’t like it that much. The breading they used for the chicken was falling apart. The sauce on the food itself was too flavorful to the point that you couldn’t really taste what the chicken itself. My friend got the chicken alfredo and that was good just too much sauce on that as well.

Food was too salty this time. Stick to the recipes. I have heard chefs get salt deaf. Most times this place is pretty spot on.

Excellent bartender! She got us a highly coveted cheese grater.

The Olive garden gave a free meal to veterans as a veteran. I very much appreciated that. The food service were outstanding. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone

Me and my family absolutely love Olive Garden. We come here at least once every few weeks it’s in our top 5 go-to restaurants. The tour of Italy has a choke hold on me 🥹🫶🏽 but I will give my honest opinion the last time we went the bread was just a little hard. Maybe not fresh or maybe just a little cold I’m not sure, but it’s usually always spot on. 🙌🏽💕 and the location is beautiful 😍 perfect.

Ate with mt Mom after a drink appt. At Utica Square location. Didn't realize they moved to the back of shopping center by post office and PF Changs. Good food. Like the spinach dip and bread / toast that came with it. I had Chicken Scampi. Yum.

Summer was our server and she went above and beyond to offer us the best experience. She was knowledgeable, considerate and kind.

First off, I have no criticism of our server or of the management at the restaurant. Our issue lies solely with the kitchen staff. On our last visit, the two of us each of us found a human hair in each of our respective entrees. Each time this was pointed out (the first was found minutes after the plate was delivered; the second was near the end of the meal when I was boxing my leftovers), our server called a manager who said they would comp those entrees. Needless to say, we did not take any leftovers home. We ended up paying for two appetizers, a drink, and a to-go dessert order. Each of the hairs was a different color and texture. We found it strange that they were each found in the exact center of the plate. The first on top of the food, the second hidden under the food. We discussed that it might have been kitchen staff playing some kind of sick prank. The restaurant was far from full, maybe they were bored. The second time we called the manager, she did seem suspicious. I assume that was because the odds of finding two hairs in two separate entrees in the same order at the same table should be astronomical. Right, Olive Garden? We did file a report with the Tulsa Health Department.
