We just LOVE On the Border!!! We always get it to go and order a dozen of the hand pressed tortillas and a quart of refried beans. Then you get free chips and salsa! We make our own bean burritos at home for under $20 and it makes about 7 burritos! The other location went out of business so I hope this one doesn’t! The staff was friendly and gets the order right every time!

I hadn't been here in 7 years, had to give it a go. Clean with average service. Is pretty much empty at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Food was mediocre.

Highly disappointed at the lack of customer service at this location . We visited around 2:10pm on a Sunday and no one was near the door. We waited and when we both noticed the host and another employee causally looking at us and deciding to finish their conversation .... We turned around and left. That set the tone. And the tone was.... We really don't care.

Ordered online for company lunch. Food for 25. Local next day pickup. I made mistake and was 1/2 hour early. Their crew got order out in 10. Great service. Food was well received.

So this was my first time eating at an on the border. The service was great. Waitress did an amazing job. The food was no excitement at all. Very disappointed. Food had no flavor for tex-mex. The guacamole was the worst I've ever had. The chips are better in the bags then here.

Our servers are always great, but the hostesses sure disappear a lot & leave people waiting that's walked in. We probably saw 10 different small groups of people (2-4 each time) come in after us & every single one had to wait a while before anyone greeted them, & they weren't busy at the time.

Sat there with my family and waited for 30 min without anyone coming, we didnt even get asked what we wanted to drink. There were 3 other family's that came in after us and all got served while we still sat there without any servers walking up to us. We ended up walking out, my daughter was crying cuz she wanted to try their slushies

Took my family here on 7/20/25 in the evening around 6pm. Outside temp was 96 degrees and when we got inside the restaurant it was prob about 85 degrees. Restaurant Manager didn’t tell us that there’s no A/C but we decided to stay anyway. After ordering our food the place felt very uncomfortable and muggy inside. Food came out pretty quick but it was not good at all. Food was cold and tasted awful. Worst experience ever. It will be our last time to On The Border.
