I'm leaving this review in hopes that your servers learn about customer service and hospitality, the boy with the red laced clown shows and the female up front were clearly laughing at me after i spoke the whole time i was there. When i went to leave i simply spoke to my peer and they started laughing , so i looked at them and she started to literally slowly go down to the ground behind the front desk like she was hiding. Not to mention when we asked to put our order in with our actual server and he asked us to wait till our group to show up, which in general is fine, but we had hoped to be in and out, and of course we had to wait about an hour for food as it does take a bit to prepare. We also asked for a bigger table to accommodate people showing up, and the server said we can move to a bigger table when they get here, which i find kind of odd as our group showed up and they were just awkwardly standing there for a few minutes, why not accommodate to us when asked? this was my first time back after a long time in a while, and i will not be back due to the customer service and weirdness of your childish employees. I wish i could rate the atmosphere better and service better but once again it was sub-par. Our server was nice and respectful, just wish he had accommodated to my family better.

It was extremely busy so I get it but the food was made way too fast and veggies were not done and rice was not all the way “fried rice” he was moving so fast slapping all our food together on the plate.

The wait time was twice what they said when we asked for a grill table. It took forever to get drink orders, then drinks, they left the bright light on the whole time and the air was BLASTING. The chef was funny, he took a special request from my son, but I think it was like 10 minutes after he turned off the grill before a swarm of boxes and checks were shoved in our faces. I guess it was ok overall but next time I want hibachi I'll probably just go to Tokyo garden.
