Although there was plenty of seating all over the restaurant the host informed us that we were going to have to wait 15 minutes to be seated manager came by and reaffirmed this so we sat at the bar and lots of seating at the bar and tables around the bar so we asked the bartender if we could have a table cc to death at a table and was really accommodating. But manager gave us dirty looks through the whole meal... Wiill not be back to this location.

I savored a really nice ribeye steak & shrimp meal there last night and it was a great experience. All of the food was good and so was the service. The manager even nicely helped me with a complicated (not complicated because of Outback) gift certificate situation I dealt with when she really didn't have to. The staff continually checks on you and it actually felt like fine dining without the pretentiousness. I don't often eat steaks, but when I do, I'll come here.

We stopped in on vacation day and received a free meal that was incredible. A full 3 course meal that was out of the park. We did the classic thing and ordered shrimp at a steakhouse. We will be going back and ordering steak next time we go. All in all they beat expectations and happy we went.
Our waitress was on a smoke break every 5 min. My wife's food cam out wrong and the mashed potatoes were cold. They had to redo my wife's dinner while I ate alone. Then had to wait on my wife to eat by herself. Waitress was outside smoking when we left.

Compare to other steak house. I like this better. It quiet and not so over pack. Price is reasonable and food is good. I only had one complaint with a waitress customer service skills but I don't she work there anymore. I enjoy coming here still

I cannot express enough how incredible our experience was with the Owner Michelle at the Outback on 71st street! She truly went above and beyond for our proposal, surprising us in the most thoughtful way. Michelle went out of her way to buy a beautiful cake and cleverly placed the ring on top, making the moment even more special and unforgettable. A huge thank you to Dani, Paisley, and Emma for their incredible help in keeping the secret and serving us, they were so discreet and supportive throughout the entire process. All their kindness, attention to detail, and dedication made our special day even more perfect. Highly recommend the Outback for any special occasion or just an amazing dining experience with a personal touch!
