Tonight my toddler and I ate dinner at Outback on Riverside and had the privilege of being served by JT. As I was sitting there I noticed a gentleman in front of me that seemed like he was in a really dark place. Sometimes it's the little things like butter, brown sugar and cinnamon which we didn't get for our sweet potatoes with our order which was almost $100.00 including a 15% tip. Two meals were missing these items. When we called were were told "sorry we were busy but we will send you $ 5.00 gift card." That in itself is extremely insulting. We usually get Texas Roadhouse which is always 100% spot on and accurate with their food no matter how busy they are.
