Food was served fresh, appropriate temperatures and well prepared. However, serving sizes have been reduced from previous visits, especially entrées. Server was a 10 and offered information on various entries. Value is less than in the past due to smaller serving sizes.
Good food a little overpriced

We both decided to order something different on this visit. He got the Singapore Street Noodles, and I ordered the Sesame Beef with a side of fried rice. Both were excellent! Ordering these two together we had chicken, shrimp, and beef. We had the edamame, lettuce wrap appetizer, and The Great Wall of Chocolate that we shared with others. Needless to say, we were quite full and had take home! Ready to go back!
This is always any easy choice for a great lunch or dinner. Great service and consistently good food.
Extremely disappointed. Waitress didn't explain that she had to know that we wanted the special menu deal before ordering our appetizer-even though the special meal came with an appetizers. Due to this we were charged way too much. Plus we asked if she could. Email when you go into Google.
They've omitted some of our favorites from their menu.
Changs went from one of our favorite places to eat to just so-so.

Upon entering, the hostess was flirting with a guy at the bar, and we just stood there waiting for her to see us, but she was too busy flirting. It took the manager to come out and seat us. The manager did give her THE eye, and the hostess apologized to us. But yeah, that's how our dinner started.
My boyfriend has never been here so we decided to finally go. He's a picky eater. He just wanted the combo rice. They had a special for 2, and we asked if the fried rice that they speak of can also be the combo rice, and our waiter assured us yes it could be." I kinda talked my boyfriend into that special since I liked everything that it came with, plus it was a great cheaper option compared to buying those items individually.
Well, our waiter comes back and says after about 10 min of sitting there that he's sorry, but he made a mistake it wasn't part of the special. He said he could do it for like $6 to $7 extra. At that time, my boyfriend was like, "See! Told ya, " we actually kinda got into an argument over this. So just to keep the peace, I said let's just do it with the upcharge and not worry about it. So our bill came and our upcharge with tax was almost $15. To me, that's a BIG difference than $6.
Also, I got asked if I wanted white or brown rice. So I said white and guess what I got? Brown rice! I don't like brown rice, but since it was 30 minutes before closing and we still had to eat our food. I didn't want to bother them remaking my fried rice.
I've had many good experiences here b4 but this time from seating to ordering and getting the wrong food plus being charged more than we were told and all of this causing a tiny argument between my boyfriend and I.....they definitely messed our dinner night up that was supposed to be special 😔

Not native to this state and my old one does not have this restaurant. Impressed for being a chain restaurant. Also our waiter was top notch, kept an easy distance but was very attentive when it came to refills Et cetera.

Visited this location this weekend, the food was amazing and we actually had great service up until right when we asked for our tickets - we saw a mouse scurry across the dining area floor. We quietly let our waitress know because we didn’t want to embarrass her or upset any other customers and she said she would send over the manager. The manager came over and apologized but did not really make us feel any better by telling us that they had a bigger mouse issue a few months prior & thought they had it resolved. We were really disgusted and probably won’t be back. Rodents where I eat are just unacceptable. Also, me and my friend have both worked as waitresses & we were not looking for anything free but I feel like the right thing to do should’ve been to offer us something because this did put a damper on the nice dinner we had just had & had just spent $60 to eat there, a piece. It sucks because everything was so great until this, but I won’t be back because of the mouse & how poorly it was handled.

Maybe going on New Year's Day was a poor idea. The fried rice was old, the egg rolls were overcooked tough and also old. The tables show split marks with the varnish worn off. It's been a while since I've been at this location in Utica Square, but everything about this location has deteriorated badly. Would not recommend

Soo disappointed with one of my favorite restaurants .First of all they don’t serve the delicious egg plant anymore..So, I ordered teriyaki chicken and I got fried sweet chicken bites, didn’t taste any teriyaki flavor .More fried coating than chicken. It was terrible. Daughters meals the same fried chicken, and fried tofu!! Disgusting….Whats up with frying everything
I will not be going back.. Shame, shame PF Changs..
I've been a long-time PF Changs goer so this is not the review I want to leave for this location but here we are. Tonight we did to-go and we ordered garlic noodles (on og menu item), Mongolian beef, and sesame chicken with fried rice. The only good thing about our food was the garlic noodles. The chicken was bland with no flavor, the beef was dry and could be compared to beef jerky, and the fried rice I'm not even sure but it wasn't good. Overall I'm disappointed especially for the price of dinner.

We ordered edamame, Kung Pao chicken with white rice, and Mongolian beef with lo mein.
The food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired! We were asked if we wanted a to-go box, to which I said, "Yes.". Then they brought the check and boxes together. We were going to order dessert, but the server disappeared so fast we couldn't even ask. This experience will stop us from returning.
