The food here has gone downhill. I've eaten here regularly since I have been I've lived in Tulsa, but after today I won't be eating here again. All of the food is tiny portions compared to in the past. The lettuce wraps were terrible, the egg noodles were hard and difficult to eat, as well as burnt. The orange chicken was subpar, and the veggie egg roll dipping sauce was some nasty combination of oil and water. This sucks, as I loved the lettuce wraps.

I came in on a busy Friday, I was surprised they even had a seat for me right away. They were super nice and friendly, I ordered 3 steamed dumplings the first batch was covered in a sweat spicy chili Ryu which if I could eat spicy I would of love it but they fixed it and brought me new ones I could enjoy, they checked on me throughout she was super sweet and attentive. The down side is I had to wait almost 30 min for my food after the dumplings. Over all it was good not really for solo dinning but still amazing I will definitely have to come back with my Husband.

We have been huge PF Changs fans since they opened many years ago and though we now live in Owasso, we drive to go there or order take out. About 9 months to a year ago, they changed their recipe for the Northern Style Spare Ribs which we used to order every time we ate there. The new recipe is nothing like the old dry rub and we therefore stopped ordering them. The other “ go to” dish that we always order is Mongolian Beef. It’s so yummy and tender! The other night, we got our takeout delivered and the Mongolian beef was so tough that we had to throw it out, which was particularly sad since we had ordered two of them! The pieces were little bits of shriveled meat as if they were the leftovers from the previous night. On top of that, we had paid for extra beef!!! Additionally, the shrimp dumplings come with 6 pieces, but that night, we received 5 pieces. I called PF Changs before we sat down to eat and explained that we had only received 5 dumplings. Further, we had been promised a gift card several months ago by the manager to make up for the spare ribs that weren’t anything like the old ones. That gift card never arrived. The other night, the manager very nicely said that she would send a gift card to us because of the shortage on our dumpling order and said that she would also send another gift card because we never received the one originally promised. All was okay until we started eating the Mongolian Beef which ended up being inedible. We always knew what we could expect and we typically loved the food so much, it was worth our splurge. However, after having to toss out two full dishes, being shorted on the other one, we decided that it was the very worst waste of $125 that we had ever spent! I will say that the peanut butter/chocolate pie was delicious but very tiny serving, particularly with what they charge. I’m not sure I know what has changed so drastically at PF Changs over time, but it just went off of our very short list of places we go to for a meal, as we typically eat all meals at home. It’s so disappointing. BTW, this is the very first negative review that I have ever written about any restaurant.

Excellent as ever. Had the lunch plate and it was more than enough. Waitress was wonderful! Felt like we were the only ones there!

Used to provide adequate amounts of food from delivery. Half filled rice containers for a premium price. Not good guys.

Atmosphere was nice, especially on a hot humid day. Waitress was attentive and efficient taking orders and serving our table. Amiable young lady. No complaints on those aspects.

My order of shrimp was just fine, no issues.

However, the lettuce wraps and spicy chicken were labeled in menu as gluten free. Necessary for my wife.

They were NOT gluten free.

If you are celiac and have a true gluten allergy reaction or are gluten intolerant, beware.

There was either an undetected gluten ingredient or more likely the dishes were cross contaminated in the preparation.

Wife had an allergic reaction to her meal and was ill for several hours. Restaurants often can’t be notified while at the restaurant as reactions aren’t always immediate depending on the level of exposure.

Reactions to exposure are uncomfortable at best and health threatening at their worst.

P F Chang needs to either review its ingredients and/or retrain kitchen staff on processes to avoid cross contamination. They will have to determine which is necessary.

Restaurants need to take gluten free options seriously. For celiacs it is not a diet fad.

So, if you're Celiac be aware you may get gluten in a menu item marked “Gluten Free”.

We had dinner there last night . Food was great, service was not so great . We ordered our food which included an appetizer and soup . Appetizer ,soup and entree came within 3 minutes of each other . The table was full of dishes . At NO time during the meal did our server take away used dishes . We had to have conversation over this table full of dirty dishes . Ordered a second drink and he just pushed something aside to set the glass down . Very poor service for a nice restaurant
