Our family of 12 came to celebrate a graduate for dinner. We made a reservation well than a week in advance. The restaurant confirmed via text. We enjoyed appetizers, non-alcoholic drinks, and various entrées. The food was delicious and the server was phenomenal covering our table all by herself. They gave the graduate a free dessert and a free kids ice cream. Someone from the restaurant called us the following day to see how our experience was. I shared all this with her. My only complaint is the hostess at the front was passive and direct stating we had a two hour limit to make space for other parties. Was our party not relevant? By no means did we look like a massive group. We were tucked into a table that use to be four small bistro tables. I understand that some parties may take extensive time but this made me feel so rushed and on edge. We spent hundreds of dollars! Other smaller parties would not have come close to our total. I recommend more time is given for big parties and communicate in advance vs arrival your time constraints. My Grandmother who paid for the meal was upset and spoke privately with our waitress who shared to not worry. We made it out with 15 minutes to spare. Overall, I recommend PF Changs as a restaurant in Tulsa. Delicious food and great service!

I have celiac disease and came here a couple months ago and got sick after ordering a "gluten free" meal. I called them about it and they apologized and it turns out my meal wasn't gluten free. I came back the other day and told them I have celiac disease so all my food needs to be made gluten free. I didn't get sick this time, I've also come to notice that all the gluten free food is put on red plates, last time I had come my food was on the black plates. I ordered the chicken and broccoli with gluten free fried rice, chicken lettuce wraps, and a souffle. Everything was gluten free and I didn't get a reaction, they even brought out a small thing of gluten free soy sauce :)Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

For some reason I thought they closed later I may have been getting weekend hours mixed up with week days). We had a reservation and due to a situation beyond our control we arrived 30min prior to close (Not wanting to stand the restaurant up, we walked in instead of walking away). We could tell they were busy cleaning to go home. This really made us feel bad about staying, but the workers were very kind and seem to not mind escorting us to the table. Our server was awesome?. And the food did not disappoint ?. I knew coming in late might pose a challenge especially in the area of fresh food and great attitudes from workers, but they took on the challenge and did super well?.Parking: Depends if you come peak hours. Avoid peak hours and you should not have trouble parking right in front. However, you still should be able to find parking during peak hours, just a little walk.

If I could give this place a zero star I would however, this is my second bad encounter at the same location came in to pick up a carryout order and ask the dude at the counter with braids could you please separate the orders and he rudely said no. I will never spend another dime at this location as a matter of fact at none of these locations. I guess since covid they just hired anybody who fills out an application unprofessional. and he walked up with a bad attitude. This place cost to much for workers to have nasty attitudes.

Some of the best sushi I've ever had. It truly melted in my mouth. Service was great and prices were somewhat reasonable considering the quality. $7 for a cup of soup was a bit overkill but everything else had a decent value. I look forward to going again.

We made reservations to celebrate a special day at P.F. Chang’s. The team had the table prepared with special decorations & a congratulations card. They treated us to a free appetizer for the table as well as 2 large desserts to share with the table! Our waiter, Kai, also handed out coupons for a free lettuce wrap appetizer for our table after our meal. The food & the service was great!

Really worth going to! Food was great and the customer service was just as great! Sadly, they said they were removing sushi from the menu so that's the only thing that sucked. Also, it is a nice restaurant so expect to spend money and try the chicken lettuce wraps!

Had the Wagu Steak and Salt and Pepper Prawns with steamed pork dumplings to start. What happened with the “sharing” of meals? Four slices of the Wagu Steak and the Prawns looked extremely small and withered. Hard to judge the taste as the dishes were too smothered with sauces. Such a disappointment from a place I've loved since the early 2000's

My experience at PF Chang's was generally positive, earning it four stars in my book. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and elegant, providing a pleasant dining atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of Asian-inspired dishes, catering to different tastes and preferences. The food itself was flavorful and well-prepared, with standout dishes like the Mongolian Beef and Dynamite Shrimp impressing me with their bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that everyone at the table left satisfied. While the service was friendly and attentive overall, there were occasional delays in getting our orders taken and receiving our food. Additionally, the prices were a bit on the higher side, reflecting the restaurant's upscale ambiance but making it less accessible for casual dining.Overall, PF Chang's is a solid choice for a delicious Asian dining experience, offering quality food in an inviting setting. With a few tweaks to service efficiency and pricing, it could easily earn a five-star rating from me.
