THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD ?I'm giving it a star because unfortunately you can't give it a 0. My boyfriend and I had been going often and the truth is we were never satisfied with the service. I have been giving panas several opportunities because I really like the food. But it seems that they don't want to improve. They do whatever they want with orders, you ask them for one thing and they give you another. They don't do something as simple as removing or adding an ingredient. I thought it was a better idea to order takeout but it's even worse. A total disaster. I WILL NOT RETURN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT OR WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT

The food is great, but I didn't like the service, I feel that there is a lack of more staff, we went to dinner at around 7 and we had to wait too long for our order to be given, at the end of so much waiting it was late for us (around 9 /10) and we prefer to finish eating at home. That's why I give them 4 stars. The service must improve.

i love panas with my whole heart. it is worth every penny & every second. i get the asada patacon with a sweet plantain on top instead of savory and tequeyoyos. if you haven't given this place a shot you're truly missing out!

This is a static food truck in an unpaved lot, but honestly that's part of the charm.The outdoor seating is pretty cool that gives a very authentic vibe.The majority of the patrons spoke Spanish so one can only assume they are Venezuelans. I look for these type of trends when I go to a restaurant that serves food of that origin because of the obvious.The food did not disappoint. We got the venezuelan burger along with the asada arepa.Everything was excellent with the one complaint that the beef was too chunky and could have been smaller, but that's coming from someone not accustomed to the food.
