We stayed at an Airbnb within walking distance of here and came several times. Tried everything, it's *all* amazing. It's like a journey back to 1997, too, because everything is just $1. Absolutely amazing place. My favorite was the palmetto cookie. Sweet ladies working here, cute shop inside. Definitely stop here!!

I went to visit this branch on Friday afternoon, around 6 pm and the cashier with a Caribbean accent, she seems Cuban to me, treated me in a very haughty and rude manner, despotic, she has no idea what service is. To the client, why do they hire this type of personnel? They make customers no longer return ????

I don't know what they changed in the bread recipe or what it is but the bread becomes stone hard after 2-3 days, this has been happening for a while, I always come back to give them another chance but it's always the same. I doubt I will return, it is money wasted.

My complaint is that there is always only one employee in the morning, like last Tuesday I went by in the morning (8:45 am) and it was very busy, the only person in the place couldn't cope with so many customers, but she He was very kind even though he was in a hurry.The products are of great quality and flavor.
The churros were excellent, the bread and hot chocolate were excellent, the customer service was excellent and the place was always very clean and excellent service from the employees.

Pancho Anaya is one of my favorite places in Tulsa for coffee and donuts. If you’re near Kendall-Whittier Arts District, pop in here for a cup of Cafe de Olla, and pick something out of the vast selection of baked goods made fresh daily. Definitely a hidden gem in town.
