It's crazy how after a business comes up in the world, they change & don't care how they product come out after they start making money. I could write volumes on this but I learned w/ time here in Tulsa that it doesn't matter.

Love this bakery for so many reasons. When you check in on Yelp, you get a free cafe de olla (a coffee), and you don't even have to buy anything. I felt bad for not buying anything so I got a flan for about $3.50. Pancho Anaya Bakery has so many baked goods that you could get on the counter. Those usually run from $0.50 and up but things like cookies and churros are like a buck each. It's really bargain prices. Apparently, not many Yelpers come here and use the free coffee check in. The manager had to call the boss to find out what was going on but I got it at the end. The sweet deal just got sweeter, with caramel on top sweetness.

i discovered this bakery some time ago and all the bakery cookies and other baked goods were very good and very reasonably priced. i would fill up a bag with a good selection of stuff. i hadn't been at this bakery in a long time so i made it a point recently to go to it while in tulsa. the prices had been raised considerably, not that many baked goods to choose from and it was morning time. i also noticed they are not using much chocolate in their baked goods. i bought cookies which were extremely crumbly. from what i remember their large cookies never crumbled as horribly or disintegrated as the ones i got. it makes me think they changed their recipe somehow to save money. same as not using chocolate. i used to like their small cookies that they dipped in white or dark chocolate. they were really good and they stopped making those. i was disappointed with the scant selection compared to what they used to have before and the crumbly cookies. i won't be going back anytime soon.

Reina did not make me feel welcome in the slightest. I was surprised by how brazen she was to speak badly of customers when she thought they couldn't understand what she was saying. The cashiers seemed to share her sentiments. You really should work on making the place a more welcoming environment for all people.

Great little bakery. Love their pastries, but we really drove from Broken Arrow to buy their house brand coffee grounds.

I called and ordered cookies for my son’s Christmas Around the World celebration. The ladies that answered were so kind to help point me in the direction of the cookies that would be a hit. I did have to pay in advance, but they were ready when I picked them up. They were fresh and beautiful. We also picked out some other yummy treats. I highly recommend the stuff donut holes. So good!
