I had gotten incorrect order at drive through , they then tried to blame it on me and say I said something else . I came on lunch from work . I can’t go back and they tell me to save the food for tomorrow and bring it and they can remake it and go without eating lunch . She then said oh well I’m sorry . This was speaking to the manager . They gave me string beans chicken with chow mein . Supposed to be sesame chicken and fried rice . The receipt says string bean chicken and fried rice.

Place should be more respectful, sweeping near my kids food and leaving tops of kids meal open just disrespectful and she was not friendly never smiled or greeted when we entered. ,We will not be back we our a family of 8 !!!

Even though I told them before I ordered that my reward was having an error loading and Frankie said they could honor it, they did not. The manager told me because her coupon was loading it wasn’t an issue with their system and I was out of luck. The whole reason I even came was because I got a notification for this reward. Do not get the app. Do not use rewards. In fact, don’t come to 21st and Yale Panda Express, because their employees do not honor their word and their system is messed up.

Ordered teriyaki chicken through Grubhub, the chicken had no sauce and they didn't send any teriyaki sauce with the order. The honey chicken had more veggies than chicken.

Service is terrible. Greeting guests isn’t a thing. There’s always at least 2 people walking back and forth doing absolutely anything but looking helpful.
They always make you wait. And it’s always 6-10 minutes which is longer than non-fast food. Also, If you come here an hour before closing, they will be out of most food as well. It’s not well run to always be out of fresh food but to not even cook fresh food for an hour before closing is ridiculous. It’s cheap though but it is NEVER FAST. Whataburger next door runs circles around them and that’s saying something

I've dined in a couple times and received great service, it's when I order through the app that I have a problem. On every order I request napkins, utensils and chopsticks and it's a rare occurrence when I get at least one of them. I've gone so far as to type it over and over again in the kitchen message, special requests and drivers notes. Once I even put it in the adress so I knew it wouldn't be missed. I know it's a simple and stupid complaint but it's gotten to the point where it's so often that my office takes bets when ordering from here as to wither or not they will read it.
