I visited yesterday and received a half full meal and was told there was nothing they could do about it because I didn't say anything when it happened. I had already left the store and had a busy day so wasn't going to go back or call and complain about getting less food than normal but I do come to Panda 2-8 times a month and at multiple locations and have never received a portion that tiny.Today, I placed a mobile app order and came through the drive through to pick it up. All I said was, "Can you please make sure the plates full since last time it was half empty." And they went to got get the manager who I think didn't understand all the details and just thought I was trying to get free food.

Great food. I DoorDash & it's one of the more popular places for dinner. The employees are always so nice & so efficient. If I have to wait, it's only a minute or 2. My dad & his best friend go there every Monday night & love it. They have great spring rolls.Parking: There are plenty of parking spots. As long as the people going to the drive thru remember that other people are there to eat too & don't park in the middle of the entrance, they're easy to get to, as well.

I have liked Panda for years. Almost everyone does really. I put in an online order at 11:30 scheduled for 12:30 pick up. It was ready at 12:18. This was a big downfall for me. I selected 12:30 for a reason. I drive from work on my 30 min lunch and it takes 10 min to get there 10 min back. I leave work at 12:30. I wanted it to be ready at 12:30 in hopes for it to be fresh. Not 15 min before. Panda is usually a good experience. Please prepare food for it be ready when a customer requests it to be

Love this place for cheap Chinese inspired food. The drive-thru gets most of the attention, though. Had to wait 10 minutes for service bc every person was doing drive-thru orders. But once you get someone, they are usually very nice.Parking: 21st and Yale. Small lot, usually BLOCKED entrance bc of drive-thru people.
