We’ve gotten food poisoning from this place on 3 separate occasions in the last year or so…something has got to give with food prep and safety. This last time was the last we’ll be going to this location.
Horrifically SLOW. Just close down this location.

Customer service is terrible. Try to be nice and polite but staff is so rude when going through the drive thru. Makes my anxiety bad.

One of better PE places I have visited. Green beans were crunchy and not soggy with good flavor.

I had about 5 pieces of chicken and that was for 2 entrees of honey sesame I couldn't even believe it 80 percent veggies as you can and this after I ate quite a bit

Seriously the worst Panda around and its sad because it used to be good. Literally not a single person there, top to bottom, seems to care about the customer experience what so ever. You will wait upwards of 30 mins in line, even if there are only two people in front of you. They will be out of one of the two main side, have not been in one time lately where they had both noodles and fried rice ready. You will get shorted on the portions. The person working the register will be on their phone or be talking to other people instead of getting you paid and out. You will have a terrible experience. I honestly stopped coming here due to bad employees which are a reflection of the bad management. The next time I went in, I was happy to see there was another manager there, soon was unhappy as she very obviously did not give a single crap about the people sitting and waiting to be helped. After awhile she finally walked up and me thinking I would finally be helped, was told hold on just on min as she proceeded to make something for the drive thru. Btw, the drive thru had 3 people working it, the front of house only had one, plus the worthless manager. I once again will not go back here. It very obvious the management sucks here and their planning is as poor as anywhere I have seen. Lunch time is the same time everyday, might want to at the very least just make sure you have enough side orders to get most people in and out effiencently. I am talking to the store manager directly here, YOU need to do better!

They have the absolute worst customer service when it comes to 3rd party deliveries. No matter the day, the time, or the people.. the system has no organization! They will come ask you “who your picking up for” then continue to help other people.. will give out the food your waiting on and then ask u again “who are you picking for again?” And then tell you they have to cook more food… horrible! And it’s like this every time! Delivery drivers are still customers!

Slowest restaurant in Tulsa. Takes an hour everytime in drive thru
Terrible service. When it’s at its most busy with a HUGE amount of customers in line, one of the employees thinks it’s appropriate to make small talk with a customer, exchanging phone numbers and hugging/discussing while blocking an entire line of customers trying to pay. Even her colleague was baffled. I won’t comeback

Took 45 minutes to get our food.
The lady working told us they were still waiting on some food items as well as Chow Mein, so we asked what they already had readily available- and ordered from what they said. Rice and orange chicken. When we got to the window the food still was not ready. We genuinely waited an eternity for the food. I’m use to waiting a long time for panda but this time it was insane.

I had ordered a plate and two bowls and after waiting 30 minutes for our food, I got home and I only got 3 bowls. I paid for more food and then my husband was still hungry because you guys didn’t give him the extra entree I had ordered. I tried calling the store multiple times and nobody will answer so If I could get that entree refunded that would be appreciated.
