Honestly this was the first time ive eaten at a panda express. Been wanting to for years because of how ppl talk about them. Finally i did. We got the family of 5 meal deal. It had no flavor. Was super blain. All the other small Chinese restaurants ive eaten at were way better. Ill never eat here again. It was way over hyped. Not at all what i had hoped for an honestly wasnt worth $55. Everything was cooked well, packaged nice and came within a timely manner but absolutely no flavor 😭 the only thing we really enjoyed with taste was the fortune cookies. And im not exaggerating.

I've waited a full 24 minutes for eggplant tofu here. Came 30 minutes before close and am told they are out of supergreens. Don't come to this Panda.

The people in the front are beyond rude.lets just say. My food was tossed at me with 2 drinks after waiting 23 minutes for it..... it was ready and sitting on the shelf the entire time I was in the store.............

All tables were dirty. You cannot just serve food and expect to not take care of restrooms, floors and tables. This is unacceptable. I know you cannot control the type of people that come in to your location. I was shocked to find restaurant dirty, also windows. It's sad that in such a nice part of town the location looked the way it did. I was in the restaurant industry and owned and sold restaurants for 25 years. I wrote the book on customer service and the importance of a clean restaurant from the sidewalk entry to inside the four walls. The only reason this location is in business is because food is great at a great price point. I will never return to this location. You should hire me to train your staff. I grew all my restaurants to double-digit profits regardless of economy.

Our favorite Panda. Always a happy crew. Always fresh food. Always picking-up and cleaning, asap. Also, as usual, one of the hardest working associates was on duty. Always nice to see him there. A true addition to the team His name is Khoui, I do not know his last name. Thanks Panda and Khoui. Keep up the good work.

Ceiling was dripping near us as we ate. Seems the cooks and the one man serving stayed focus and everyone else had a hard time leaving there cell phones.
We constantly saw all the ladies on there cell phones while making people wait at the register.
We will never go in there again.
They clearly have no guidance or standards. May go through the drive through because the food can be yummy.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited an hour and a half for a single plate, customer service was poor and employees are extremely nasty and rude. This location has definitely gone down hill

OK not much has changed. We to panda a few weeks ago ordered meal and ask for an eggroll pulled forward to the windows and was then notified that they didn't have any eggrolls and they wanted to give me something else instead wasn't interested, but I guess I put them out because I asked them to remove it from my total. Fast forward to today. My wife and I ordered and I again ordered an eggroll and she wanted some rangoons. They said they didn't have any and would take 10-12 minutes to cook. I agreed to pull up to the window paid they asked if I would pull into Slot 1 no problem. Well 20 minutes later, still waiting. Wife went in to see what was going on. I waited another 15 minutes then I went in to see what was going on. They didn't start cooking any of the sides until she came in, and the best part the rest of our order had been sitting on the counter for the entire time. We wanted the order remade, but guess what they were out of noodles. We took the order, but I wish I would have just gotten a refund.

Worst panda express I've had, the chowmein that was given to me was burnt and I went back in for an exchange for another and was told not to worry and just eat around the bunt parts.
Out of napkins, not clean, none of the drinks work, they were out of Dr Pepper, the Root Beer tasted very strange, we also tried the sweet tea and it was horrible, tasted like watered down fruit punch somehow?
There is no changing table in any of the bathrooms. Food was…Okay, it was hot but tasted like it was a few days old unfortunately. I would just recommend you go somewhere else lol.

Extremely unpleasant drive thru staff. I get that it's 30 minutes before close, but really? I've never encountered so much sass and passive aggressive attitude at a food establishment before. We couldn't even get what we wanted because they were so reluctant to whip up anything fresh, and they played the "we're closed" tone for a moment (to try and make us feel bad I guess?) before reluctantly taking our order while making us feel like a nuisance. What a world we live in where the customer's are more polite than the staff. Didn't even say goodbye, let alone respond to my "have a good night." Ridiculous.
