Made an order on the app, I arrived a bit early and got told my wait time would be six to seven minutes, no problem. I patently wait 12 minutes past the time told on app so I then got back in line to see if my order was ready only to then get skipped and ignored by the employee. After that customer got his order, I finally got help only to have my order still not fulfilled. In total, it took 30 minutes more than I was initially told.

Service was good and attentive. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the door. Atmosphere was clean and what was expected. I took off for food freshness and quantity. It was about 2:45P and I assume plenty of time to stock back up on fresh food. Several options were empty, and several more options had food that looked many levels below fresh. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp / Orange Chicken 1/2 rice 1/2 noodle. The noodle portion and rice portion was skimpy. Maybe 4 bites out of noodles. They use to fill these containers nicely.

I love Panda Express, they have many options for free food. For Example:1. Joining the Reward program, every $25 Dollars you spend you can upgrade a bowl to a plate.2. But also in the reward program they send you every month many options for free, like buy one bowl get one free.3. Doing online surveys after you purchase your meal, in your next visit you will receive a free small entree and can be premium!I love the people there too!Kid-friendliness: They are very happy when kids come in. And they don't worry about the mess the kids can do. They love children!

They knowingly give out items that r burt or not cooked well called to ask they said yes I know our whatever machine is broken like don't sell it or just give the customer the heads up and see if they want it or now or a discount

12/27/23 Not my first time here however this is the first time I was charged ¢0.49 for a cup of water!!!. Food is normally good, fast service busy during lunch time.
I haven't eaten at Panda Express in years because the last time I ate there I got food poisoning. Today my daughter got a gift card as an early present and begged me to take her there. I can honestly say it will be several more years before I eat there again. The sweet fire chicken and spring rolls were cold. I mean COLD, zero warmth! Like they have just been sitting out on a table for hours or something. Have you ever eaten a cold spring roll? I don't recommend it. Nervous that I'll have food poisoning again because it was so cold and bad. Another thing is that we went through the drive thru and they didn't give us any sauces, fortune cookies, napkins, or utensils.

There was a sign on the door that said that the lobby was closed because they were short staffed. I went through the drive-through and ordered my food. Got it pretty quickly and the services is good. Food was dry and didn’t taste very good.

The quick Chinese food, but it's good sometimes! Spicy chicken choices and beef and also noodles and rice! Fast and hot always bc they stay busy' always fresh! My kids go to if not wings! Drive thru always quick as going in if not faster! Friendly service with. Smile! This location, manager give me an eggroll bc the wait.
