“Probably one of the most comical experiences of panera came from visiting today. I used to work for panera for 3 years and dang some things never change. I walk in and immediately get asked for a phone number after the cashier fumbles around with leftover items for about two minutes. I tell her my phone number, finds some other persons name and I try to say that no I'm not Doug but then says 'Alright you got a sip club Doug and 3$ off' something. I shrug it off and continue to make the order.
I request a turkey cheddar with only mayo turkey and cheddar whole, a iced mocha and do two strawberry smoothies. Requested the 16oz to be combined into the large 30z. Food is received however the supposed 16oz turn into two 20oz's! Yippee panera scamming it self like every other day!

“One of the newer locations in the Tulsa area. Always clean. Friendly staff. The food is always fantastic, but the sweets could be a little more fresh.
Always happy and satisfying to go to Panera - been in some all over the country and have never been let down by the yummy soups and awesome (creative) choices of sandwiches.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible - but the restroom is very small and awkward.“
“One of my favorite restaurants!
Unfortunately, it’s gotten way too expensive. Being almost 70, on Social Security, and still having to work part time, makes it difficult to frequent one of my favs more than once or twice a year.
P.S. I was disappointed that they have replaced their yummy Bearclaw with a dry Almond Pastry…bummed!“
“We went to this Panera location for a meeting. It was clean & spacious for our party to meet. The food was good. My only complaints are that they ran out of the bread for my particular sandwich & our order was put in wrong. That was human error. Will definitely return to Panera.“
“Everything tasted great! Cashier picked up on the fact that my son had never been in and gave him some helpful insight with menu choices. Atmosphere a 3 only there were a ton of kids who just got out of school (private school across the street) so that really wasn't Paneras fault“
