I’ve been a loyal Panera customer for years across multiple states and have been a Sip Club member for a long time. Unfortunately, my experience today at the 15th Street Tulsa location was very disappointing.
I ordered my coffee at the kiosk, as I’ve done for years, and went to the pickup area to grab my cup—something I’ve done at this same location many times. The staff member working the pickup area was extremely rude when I gave her the name on my order and explained I just needed a large hot cup. She seemed frustrated that I even asked and told me I had to get it from the cashier instead.
I then had to wait in line a second time, even though I had already waited at the kiosk. When I finally reached the cashier, she seemed confused about which cup to give me and why she was doing it. When I asked whether this was a new policy (because of how rude the other staff member had been), she told me it had been standard procedure since she started working there. If that’s the case, why was she confused that I needed a cup from her?
Overall, the experience was frustrating and unwelcoming. I’ve always enjoyed Panera, but I’ll be choosing another location for my coffee and meetings going forward.

needs a drive thru or better pickup options. lobby is always extremely crowded, you can place a pickup order and still have to sit in the line for 20 minutes just to get it. even with the sip club ipads.... wait in line forever just to get the cup.

My wife and I are among the two-dozen or so 'regulars' that visit nearly every morning to linger over great conversations and our unlimited coffee refills. The service is always outstanding; the servers know our names; the quality is consistently excellent.
The place is a nice place to meet with someone. I was asked several times by various staff, if everything was good. They genuinely seemed to want my experience to be a positive one.
All that said, I will put in that the parking lacks some to be desired. That can't necessarily be helped. The biggest negative I experienced was the shrinkflation. I got a cinnamon bagley roll. Those things taste awesome. I paid normal price for it, but it was about 2/3 the size it has been. I suppose, if this is what they have to do to keep the doors open, alright. I would rather this than see another good place close up. It just came off a bit disappointing because I wasn't expecting it.

I love this place for many reasons but mostly because their food is fresh and delicious consistently. I ate the last time on Cherry Street. The restaurant was so clean, the staff and manager was so friendly and helpful. I'm sure others may have had a less impressive experience, but 8ve never had one at all locations in Tulsa. Great job guys!
