The employees were friendly, but the food was expensive and the portions are tiny. I spent $15 on lunch and I'm still hungry. My sandwich was flat and miniature, and the macaroni and cheese didn't even fill the already small bowl up halfway.

The food here is typical Panera quality, but the service definitely is not. Unfortunately this is my closest location, and the last few times that I’ve visited have felt more than unwelcoming.

Edited: once we got home we realized there was a mistake in the order. What was supposed to be a tomato soup was a chicken and wild rice. The person this was for is vegetarian. They can’t eat it, and no one else wants it.

When I called to speak to a manager, I was told I would have to drive back to Panera (a 15 minute drive) to have the ONE ITEM refunded back. This is the second order in a row that has had an item missing or wrong. I had to give the manager my card number (very secure, love that for me) to have it refunded.

I’m appalled. Genuinely, the customer service was terrible, and the order wrong. (The correct items were good, but at what cost?!)

GM Liz, talk to your staff.
Holy. cow.

Our visit to Panera was okay. The standout was the orange scone I had which is one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. The worst thing, probably the most disgusting public restroom I’ve been in ever. And they even have a combo lock on the door? Are they locking the dirt in? Rest of the visit/food were okay.

Ordered breakfast for my work group meeting and they were out of ciabatta and croissants at 730. They are a bakery. I was shocked and disappointed they were out of both.

They have their rapid pickup behind their counter so when you’re in a hurry and order expecting to be able to run in and grab it when you’re on a timeframe don’t expect nothing you have to wait in line behind everyone else even when they’re busy. Kinda defeats the purpose m. Just saying. Definitely not rapid pick up.

We had Door Dash bring soup and sandwiches to our hotel after a long travel day. It was delicious!!

They had a thirty minute wait time despite only having six other people in the place.

They did not provide a receipt!

And our bread bowls were not filled up all the way.

It was food and it tasted alright, maybe an off day or maybe this location has QC issues.

They made fun of my name our whole interaction, never once did I get a “hi how are you” Not to mention this is my first time walking into a Panera and trying their food. The food, yes it is good, but service was weird.

We went to this Panera location for a meeting. It was clean & spacious for our party to meet. The food was good. My only complaints are that they ran out of the bread for my particular sandwich & our order was put in wrong. That was human error. Will definitely return to Panera.

Very nice and large restaurant with a very big menu. The only thing I did not like was a combo keypad lock on the bathroom door. I had to locate someone to let me in. My sandwich and onion soup was great. Being so large the tables are spread out which was nice.

They are trying to sell a bowl of macaroni and cheese for $10.45. It's not worth half that much! I left without buying anything.
