I had a convulsive seizure recently and I've been struggling to cook and feed myself. I was craving soups and I'm so glad that Panera has so much comfort food to pick from. My driver, Sean, knocked gently on my door and spoke quietly to me. I really appreciated that and how fast the food got to my place. I've been sick all day and I'm hoping this food will help me feel better. Thank you for delivering but also for reading the instructions for delivering. It means alot to me that my Driver was here fast and quietly. Thank you for the yummy food and for being understanding of my situation.

I usually love Panera but this location was awful. The staff was rude and the service was sloppy. They got my order wrong and when I told them I had missing item, they got annoyed.
I pay $25 a person and still have to clean of my own table and seats

Every time my office orders from this place, the to-go order is missing items - EVERY TIME. Which requires someone to make another trip to go back and retrieve the items that were paid for but not packaged up. - DO NOT ORDER TO-GO AT THIS PLACE! Only do Dine-In.

I just had a situation where, due to a miscommunication, no one from my org placed our order for $100 worth of bagels in advance. So on my way to the event I had to stop in and place our order just hoping they would be able to accommodate us. To my surprise the friendly staff had us in and out in less than 10 minutes.
