I needed a quick and tasty meal and Panera never disappoints! Their French onion soup is the best in town! Try it with a hot sandwich!

Hey Dude

Disgustingly filthy. Somehow it's even dirtier than the time before every time I go. Ordered Fuji Apple salad. They forgot the blue cheese crumbles. Anybody who gets this salad knows that probably the prime ingredient. Kid overseeing the order filling was back and forth vaping in the bathroom. Also, there is no chance the whole of the reviews for this place equals a 4.3. I call bull

I usually have a great experience with this place, most of the employees have been great and the kitchen service is amazing so this review is in no way a reflection on them or the management for that matter. All issues described in this review are a result of the bad customer service of one employee I dealt with. She was barely listening to me when I put in my order, I always specifically requested for a certain part of my order to be put on the side. She then proceeded to try to charge me nearly twice as much when in fact I knew from coming here the order was not that much so I asked her why it was so much more today. She kept insisting it was right till I asked her to please go over it with me because I only wanted to double-check. She finally saw the mistake and then fixed it.I ordered a loaf of bread alongside my meal to take home, and when she came back with it the loaf was entirely messed up and not cut right. It looked like it was just thrown into the bag without a care to make it look presentable to a customer. I would like to note that the manager was quick to fix the mistake and cut a new loaf (which I did not ask for, I would have been fine with them fixing it but the manager wanted to do his best to rectify the situation). I appreciate that even though I feel like if she had put more effort into cutting the loaf better or trying to fix it a whole loaf would not have been wasted. After leaving I checked the contents of my to-go order, and this is where I knew she was not listening to my order. When I opened my sandwich it was not completed in the way I ordered it. I went back in to ask about it and she got defensive. The kitchen staff was once again amazing and fixed the problem (it was not their fault I found out she was the one who did not put that note for my order).Overall this one employee made my experience one of the worst I've had here and proceeded to mess up every aspect of my order. I do want to continue coming here but I in no way want to interact with this employee again.

They seem to have plenty of rotating staff members, I see at least one new face every time I dine in. The service is unpredictable. Sometimes they're chasing me with various food items, other times I have to practically harass them to get the food I actually ordered. I must admit that I've had to personally volunteer to wipe my own table down just to have a tidy place to sit my plate on. I've also had to practically chase them down to get them to sweep various trash items from the dining area. Which, there always seems to be someone lurking in a corner with a broom in hand, so I'm not sure why that extra personal effort as a customer is necessary. Other than sometimes feeling like the food is a tad overpriced and often reeling from the odor that permeates the room upon and often during entrance, I really don't have many other complaints. The staff and most of the regular customers are mostly friendly, easy going and often overly generous, and my food is usually hot if not always completely accurate or requested. I do sometimes, however, wonder if they have a steady and anyway accurate representation of a adequate management team, as this would resolve most of the issues stated and just viewed without reference in this review.Side Note- I also wonder why they skipped three specific numbers when numbering the tables. No biggie, I just thought it was interesting.Check it out for yourself, though. It's worth it!

Well this was an experience. I was invited by a friend.I ordered a coffee and all of the pots were cold. Milk was out and there were maybe 6 customers in the building. None of the tables were really clean and overall just felt grimy. Not what I expected from a chain.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options

Asian salad did not resemble an Asian salad. It was loads of Romaine, a bit of chicken that you had to dig for, and a few almond slivers in bottom of bowl. Had to ask for dressing as it was undetectable. Retail price was 13.99. We had a gift card and were grateful we didn't pay. It was less than mediocre for the money. Would never go back.
