Great place for meetings especially one-on-ones and a cup of coffee or bagel or something sweet that makes your taste buds tingle.

The amount of food you get does not line up with how expensive Panera is. I ordered a full size Chicken Caesar salad and the container was barely half full and had a few pitiful pieces of chicken and no cheese. Awful.
I have not been to a Panera bread in 20 years. This one was dirty. Almost every table was dirty, the chairs where not clean as well. The food was okay I got the turkey bravo I remember the sandwiches being a bit bigger and more meat. What a let down.

I ordered a “pick two” and received the smallest tuna sandwich and the nastiest Cesar salad. I didn’t realize at first how gross some of the lettuce was. It looked good when I opened it so I spread the dressing and gave it shake. Once I opened it up, several pieces were really gross and I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed and I won’t be back!

Met with family here to have lunch. Upon reviewing the menu, I personally settled on only having dessert from their bakery box.
The facility was clean. The staff was not very enthusiastic or welcoming. They may just be used to people ordering at a kiosk versus the counter now. I found the kiosk to be confusing. Others seemed to have zero issues with it. I understand the efficiency technology provides, however, to order from the bakery section I was going to have to speak with an employee regardless.
I ordered the pecan braid and a brownie. Both looked better than they tasted. The pecan braid was so hard and the brownie did not seem to be fresh either. Both were extremely sweet it was off-putting. The price of two pastries would have been equivalent to a $15 entrée.
Had I not been meeting up for a lunch with family, I would not have personally chosen to eat at Panera. The rest of the group enjoyed their soups and sandwiches. If Panera is a place you like then you'd probably still enjoy this location. It did have a great atmosphere in Tulsa Hills.

The cranberry chicken salad sandwich was great. Chicken sesame salad is usually great but very little lettuce and a ton of chicken. Husband said his tomato soup was better than the previous times. Got a few cinnamon crunch bagels for the next morning

I am currently in line at the drive through where I have been waiting 21 minutes for my food…I’ve already paid or I would have left ten minutes ago

The only word that comes to mind is filthy. They are probably making the servers do the "deep nightly cleaning". NO, they need professionals. Nasty dirty everything. Clean it up! Walls, floors and the ladies wash room had the under sink pipe leaking into a pleather home-made hammock. Mold, black mold along the wall. My booth wall had food and smears on it. My shoes could feel the scum on the floor. Nasty...

This place has terrible service, at least on their drive thru. They are always messing up my very simple order of one turkey and cheddar sandwich.
