The cranberry chicken salad sandwich was great. Chicken sesame salad is usually great but very little lettuce and a ton of chicken. Husband said his tomato soup was better than the previous times. Got a few cinnamon crunch bagels for the next morning

I am currently in line at the drive through where I have been waiting 21 minutes for my food…I’ve already paid or I would have left ten minutes ago
On a scale of one to 10 I’m going to give this particular Panera bread a flat zero

The only word that comes to mind is filthy. They are probably making the servers do the "deep nightly cleaning". NO, they need professionals. Nasty dirty everything. Clean it up! Walls, floors and the ladies wash room had the under sink pipe leaking into a pleather home-made hammock. Mold, black mold along the wall. My booth wall had food and smears on it. My shoes could feel the scum on the floor. Nasty...

This place has terrible service, at least on their drive thru. They are always messing up my very simple order of one turkey and cheddar sandwich.

Met my son there today (a Friday) at 10:00 a.m. The guy that took our order was friendly. The food was good and warm, but of course, overpriced. Unfortunately, the place was dirty (dirty tables and sticky floors). People camped out with laptops hogged up all the booths (can't they just go park themselves at the library? Ugh so annoying when people do this!). The dirty atmosphere and laptop campers just grossed me out and annoyed me. Won't be back.

One of the newer locations in the Tulsa area. Always clean. Friendly staff. The food is always fantastic, but the sweets could be a little more fresh.
Always happy and satisfying to go to Panera - been in some all over the country and have never been let down by the yummy soups and awesome (creative) choices of sandwiches.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible - but the restroom is very small and awkward.

Honestly this location sucks. The staff aren't very friendly and they can never get an order right. Every time I come here they either forget something or just straight up get it wrong. They never inform you if they're out of something but still ring it in and just not give it to you. As someone who works in fast food I don't understand how you let your staff act this way, especially to people spending 20 bucks here for one meal. Customers keep your checks paid, just do better please.

Ordered a pick 2. I got chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese. I asked for extra cheese. They put half a block of cheese on my sandwich that it couldn’t even melt. I’m so beyond irritated. This was just lazy and unacceptable
