There is so much soy in so much of their food; I guess cost are s reason for everything going to cheaper ingredients, but it's sad to see. There are other bakeries that do a much better job of using clean ingredients, and coffee shops that watch out for the customers like Panera used to, most of those aforementioned are local.

I had to go find someone to work the register and take our order. The coffee was empty. The workers didn’t want to be there. The place was dirty.

I usually love they’re food, but my last visit I ordered a chicken and pesto sandwich ( I think it was chicken and pesto) basically the chicken was dry and the avocado was not good at all, brown and not appetizing at all. I ended up going to Target and getting a Amy’s frozen meal instead of finishing my food at Panera, I threw that sandwich away~

Rip off. Just paid 17 dollars for a sandwich and drink. Sandwich looks like a snack. Never again Panera. Barely any meat on this thing!

No one to take our order, had to find someone, slow on getting order ready, cream containers were mostly empty, no regular coffee available, tables needed cleaning.

Note to employees: when you work in the drive thru, please speak up! Please remember that the customer shouldn't have strain to hear you. It's out money you seek. Customers, and their money, can go elsewhere, so make it easy for customers to spend their money with you.

Not the experience I am used to at Panera Bread. 5 of us Walked in at 8:15PM. I saw 3 tables taken and no one in line. Employee was standing at back counter with ear pods in, frosting cookies. I stood for about 45 seconds and he finally turned his head and saw me and acknowledged me. He said someone would be right with us. He yelled the other way the other employees name. I looked over and saw the employee look our way and then slowly kept walking to the windows for food / table service. No issue there , he's multitasking. But to watch him slowly walk to tables and back to window over and over . We stood there for 4 minutes and 23 seconds watching the guy listen to music and frost cookies and the guy without one ounce of energy mosey around the restaurant. We finally asked the cookie froster if anyone was planning on helping us. He turned and yelled his name again. Slowly from the back here comes slow walking employee. We gave up. Told them we would go where someone wanted the business.

Worst Panera bread ever! They only had two bagels left( not two kinds) only two bagels! We bought 4 pecan danish, 2 chocolate eclairs and two fritters. I wanted coffee so the young man gave me a cup. I went to pour hazelnut, out. So I got regular. Went to pour almond milk, out. My partner asked for iced tea so the young man gave him a cup. Out of ice,, so the young man got some ice from the back! Used to be you could rely on Panera to be good, I will never go back

The broccoli-cheddar soup was great! But the Caesar salad was not fresh and crispy as it should have been... a slight disappointment. We enjoyed the calm, casual atmosphere and the cleanliness of this establishment. The staff was polite and attentive.

Parking: The parking is adequate.

Josh their manager is running a well oiled machine. He’s very prompt, polite and always in motion. Been to a lot of paneras and never left a review but the atmosphere is clean, quiet and spacious. Feels more like a Barnes & noble had a love child with your favorite small town cafe. Thanks for the great service Josh I hope you’re moving high up the company chain.Edit: he mentioned he’s not the manager, which is unreal! He is a people person and has an affections energy. I’m in sales and sales is everything. People like him deserve recognition! It’s getting harder to find happy people who work hard. Good job brotha.

We went today for lunch. It was good. It deserved four stars. I had the roast beef and Swiss cheese half sandwich and onion soup. They were not wonderful but it was good. My wife got the half Mediterranean sandwich and French onion soup she said it was good. I went to the restroom and it was dirty. Pubic hairs in the men's urinal. Toilet in the men's bathroom wasn't clean either. Worse

Parking: Free parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Children would not have a problem eating here.

Wheelchair accessibility: You would not have a problem getting a wheelchair into this restaurant.
