I have been in retail most of my life and I have always been trained and also believe the last customer of the day should be treated as well as the first customer of the day. We walked into the restaurant on 71st and 169 about 10 min to 8pm. We ordered what we wanted thru the kiosk they have at the door and selected to dine in. When my wife went to go get her water the wait staff asked if we could take our order to go. She replied no, we selected dine in because the drive was a bit and our food would be cold by the time we got home. I received a text saying our food was ready so I went to go pick it up from the back counter, it was not ready. When the food was ready they gave it to me in a bag. I asked the cook if he knew this order was for dine in, he replied yes but they were closing soon so I needed to take the order to go, he then turned and just walked away. It would be a lot different if after a certain time the kiosk would not allow you to select dine in or if they had a note posted that said something as simple as after a certain time all orders are to go.

My last two drive through orders have been pretty horrible. Most recently it was wilted lettuce & almost no protein in the salad. broccoli cheddar soup was watery.. just all not good for the $16 it cost =(

Ordered cinnamon raison bagel and got raison bagel. Purchased coffee but it was cold and they got rid of coffee remaining before I could microwave the first cup... ordered walnut honey cream cheese and got vream cheese. food and service sucked the life out of the eve. Jst feed that dried out raison bagel to the possums and armadillos. Few days later

I stopped by to get chicken noodle soup for a family member who just had surgery. Service was good. Soup was very subpar. And this review refers to just the soup. Not a place I will get soup from in the future.

This was very disappointing. They just slapped meat on the bread and it was all stuck together. The soup was stringy and gross. Not worth what we paid for it. Panera has gone downhill. Won’t dine with again.

Very large and clean Panera. I was glad to see a new menu item - Chicken salad with cranberries. I tried it and it was good. Service was great today!

Probably one of the most comical experiences of panera came from visiting today. I used to work for panera for 3 years and dang some things never change. I walk in and immediately get asked for a phone number after the cashier fumbles around with leftover items for about two minutes. I tell her my phone number, finds some other persons name and I try to say that no I'm not Doug but then says 'Alright you got a sip club Doug and 3$ off' something. I shrug it off and continue to make the order. I request a turkey cheddar with only mayo turkey and cheddar whole, a iced mocha and do two strawberry smoothies. Requested the 16oz to be combined into the large 30z. Food is received however the supposed 16oz turn into two 20oz's! Yippee panera scamming it self like every other day! -Not Doug 🥸👍
