“I went through the drive-thru, but the dude working the window, (I think he said he was the manager) was super nice. He had great customer service skills and really seemed like he truely enjoys doing what he does. Which, unfortunately, is pretty rare in the food service industry. My food was hot and ready when I got there. He just made the overall experience great. A++“
“I consistently order from this location same-time, similar order, on the mobile app. Each and every time the staff at this store has shown above and beyond excellent service. There are times where I make an accidental discrepancy on my order on the app and each time the staff is aware of this and calls out to me directly. I have never experience that before especially from a commercial pizza place. I myself manage a customer service team and I have to say I have been impressed each and every visit. They continue to strive for great service and demonstrate just how much they care for their work. Luke and Charles have each greeted me by name upon visit since becoming a regular. They are always friendly and get me taken care of at one point I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they made another to ensure I was going home w/ what I needed at a reasonable time. These two: Luke and Charles are truly in a class of their own as far as the food industry goes.“
