What part of alfredo sauce do you not understand? This sauce has tomatoes in it. My daughter has a severe tomato allergy and she had to go hungry while we all ate lunch in front of her. She deserves some compensation for
Y’ALL’S mistake. Papa John would not be proud of this atrocity.

They don't wear gloves before handling ingredients. Toppings etc. Apparently the lady inside says they are not required to. I wouldn't order from people that don't wear gloves while handling food

Edit: since the people working here wanted to educate me about food handling, I would invite anyone visiting to look at the general hygiene of the employees at the time they handle the food pre cooking. If it is ok with you in the post covid times you do you.

You know if some of y'all took the food handler class you would learn that with non ready to eat foods you are not required to wear gloves heat kills anything and the meats wings it's all precooked...go do a food handler class before you try to act like you know what your talking about

I Just wanted to shout Out the team on shift September 30, 2025 around 7 PM. Upon arrival, there were a few issues with my order, but they were quick to fix the issue and were very respectful and kind. Nowadays, it is hard to find good customer service even though you’re the one spending your hard earned money. So hopefully the manager that eventually reads This will show them that they are appreciated.

Walked in, no one was in the building. Made a 360° video of no one in there. After a few minutes I left without giving them my money. I went 3 blocks away and stopped at Mazzios and ordered $40 in food. I used to love PJ'S but something has gone terribly wrong.

This store in particular has dropped in quality and customer service in the last year the manager is unprofessional and the pizza is trash delivered soggy and no good 10 blocks away.. the staff must have changed recently or they stopped caring about the craft of pizza making.. this was once the best mainstream delivery service in the area now I'm back to hating pizza all together
