Destiny is the person I see every time I go to the Harvard and 51st location. She works her tail off in there and I don't think I've ever seen anyone work so hard. Sometimes she's in there by herself closing the store which blows my mind but she finds a way to make it work. Shout out to her!

Had a horrible experience just now with the delivery. They had no drivers so they sent a DoorDash driver to drop off my order. Marinara sauces were all over the bag of sauces and grated parm and crushed peppers. I ordered two waters and received only one. And my meal came with a 2liter of stary and I didn’t receive that either. I love papa John’s so this is very VERY disappointing!

Manager and employee was extremely rude. I will.not ever order from this store. I will.not.be disrespected by a child and will not be lectured my a manager who doesn't know what they are doing. The worst customer service I have every experienced . Sent a email to the Corp office.

Had a problem but manager handled it appropriately without asking. Yeah my wait was long but it’s because they corrected their mistake without having to be asked too.

This has happened 4 times so far. Food arrived late and cold. They are usually good at getting the food to you on time. But the last few times it has been cold.

I basically had my pizza ordered on my app and went to pay when I got there the staff was really not acknowledged or friendly then the cashier told me it won't be ready till 2 mins left I told her ok so I want paid my order at 520 and waited. I looked at my phone and noticed the time was about 530 and I had to get up and tell them my order was ready 10 mins ago and no one was acknowledging me so finally about 535 the person proceed to check me out when I told him it been paid 10 mins ago. I was not impressed and it took me awhile to get my pizza sad

Missing something? It was stacked with our boxes and delivered empty! Management offered no solution or help! Even told me to call other stores to see what happened??? Unbelievably poor

Past three delivery orders have been incorrect. Management reached out to me after I submitted feedback directly and offered to make things right. I responded back to the email, but there was no follow through.

My family favorite right now is the New York style XL and the only thing I can complain about is getting a 14 inch Pizza instead of the proper XL 16 INCH PIZZA I WAS PROMISED OH, YES I RECEIVED 14 'PIE IN A 16' BOX
