If I could give zero stars I would.... I made an online carryout order, received no text or email saying it was ready, after 30 minutes of waiting got a email saying it had been picked up so I called and they said they made a mistake and that it's been ready. My friend went to go pick it up and the order was wrong, she went back into the store and let them know that they made it wrong and they gave her a terrible attitude. I would not recommend going to this location.

Whomever I spoke with over the phone about having my order remade was not helpful at all. Online says it was delivered but guess what, I never got it. 2 hours later even after being on the phone with the driver multiple times, giving him all the help I could while standing outside in the rain looking for him to be nowhere nearby. No other delivery service has never been able to find my place. This was a waste of my evening waiting for dinner that never came. Would give 0 stars if I could

But when I moved my car and got my pizza THE DRIVER DIDN’T MOVE. How you gonna tell me I can have my pizza unless I move my car and I wasn’t even blocking anyone????

Ordered through the app. Told me my 3 pizzas were supposed to be delivered within an hour. 1 1/2 hours later I called. Apparently, they were busy. The manager told me he would check on my order. He said it was almost here. 15 minutes later, my cold pizza delivered. So in all, 1 hour and 45 minutes. And not even an “I’m sorry”…
No idea what their app was reporting, but the manager did tell me that the app would never tell a customer reality. Nor would any agent.
This was the worst take-out pizza experience I have ever had. At it cost me nearly $50….
Probably my last order from this restaurant ever.
