Absolutely disgusting! Ordered initially through doordash, completely screwed up my pizza. Tried calling that location several times and was hung up on. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were rude and couldnt guarantee someone coming to deliver it to me. I wasn't even too upset until I was hung up on multiple times. Don't order from here late at night because they do not know how to make a pizza correctly

I came to pick up my pizza order at 11:50pm on 9/6/25 and the gentleman working there doesn’t care for his job in the slightest. He was wearing yellow sweatpants that showed his boxers and literally never set his phone down once! Scratched his groin area more than once and then immediately made the pizza; WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! That’s completely unhygienic and a health code violation! I hope the store manager/owner sees this or the health department comes in when he’s working to see how mismanaged and disgusting his behavior was when handling food.

I live in Broken Arrow and have been getting tired of my crust folded over like they didn’t toss it right. This was the best Papa John’s experience I’ve had in years. Definitely worth the drive thank you guys!

If I could give zero stars I would....
I made an online carryout order, received no text or email saying it was ready, after 30 minutes of waiting got a email saying it had been picked up so I called and they said they made a mistake and that it's been ready. My friend went to go pick it up and the order was wrong, she went back into the store and let them know that they made it wrong and they gave her a terrible attitude. I would not recommend going to this location.

As soon as I walked in everybody greeted me with a smile. Manager on duty took care of me at the register even cracked a few jokes with me and made me feel welcome. I will be back because of this experience.

My first time using the app. Attending the Tulsa Oilers Hockey game. We're informed that when they win we could add OILERS to the app promotion section and get a pizza for half price.
We were charged full price. I will be uninstalling this app.
