My first time using the app. Attending the Tulsa Oilers Hockey game. We're informed that when they win we could add OILERS to the app promotion section and get a pizza for half price. We were charged full price. I will be uninstalling this app.

Whomever I spoke with over the phone about having my order remade was not helpful at all. Online says it was delivered but guess what, I never got it. 2 hours later even after being on the phone with the driver multiple times, giving him all the help I could while standing outside in the rain looking for him to be nowhere nearby. No other delivery service has never been able to find my place. This was a waste of my evening waiting for dinner that never came. Would give 0 stars if I could

The food was fine it’s just the employee said I couldn’t get my pizza because of drivers that weren’t even leaving. She said my car was blocking them from leaving. But when I moved my car and got my pizza THE DRIVER DIDN’T MOVE. How you gonna tell me I can have my pizza unless I move my car and I wasn’t even blocking anyone????

Ordered through the app. Told me my 3 pizzas were supposed to be delivered within an hour. 1 1/2 hours later I called. Apparently, they were busy. The manager told me he would check on my order. He said it was almost here. 15 minutes later, my cold pizza delivered. So in all, 1 hour and 45 minutes. And not even an “I’m sorry”…
No idea what their app was reporting, but the manager did tell me that the app would never tell a customer reality. Nor would any agent.
This was the worst take-out pizza experience I have ever had. At it cost me nearly $50….
Probably my last order from this restaurant ever.

Where to begin the vibe here is terrible as I'm walking to the front door I'm greeted by two employees who are smoking weed inside their cars asking me if I'm here for a pick up or to order in store. I walk in the store and a gentleman helps me and seems less than enthusiastic of being here and begins to prep my food this place is terrible and needs better management please avoid at all costs. This is my first and last time trying papajohns.
When we got there on time to pickup our pizzas the assistant manager or manager told us that he still don't know how long it will take to finish the pizza and the whole time we waited he didn't even help out the skinny short hair girl making the pizza

Employees tonight were really rude and just not customer friendly at all. My wings were absolute trash! Some still frozen and tasted like garbage! Had to substitute something I ordered online for something cheaper and was not offered a refund for the difference at all I will be calling management in the morning. I get that you want to leave and go home but when I ordered my food there was still 1.5 hours before you were to be closed. I definitely did not get what I was expecting. My wings are chicken nuggets not boneless wings that he just drizzled sauce on! Didn’t even toss them in it or anything.
