This Papa Murphy's worked with our organization so we could afford to give away pizzas to those in need in our community. They were proactively helpful! That included driving pizzas to our event when our vehicle wasn't big enough to transport all of them; that was over and above expectation: customer service for the win! We are grateful for their support and their presence in our community.
Did online order and was ready when I got there...efficient and great pizza. Thin crust was a little thinner than usual, but that was an outlier to the other great pizzas we’ve had from there.
A pizza this good takes time but everything is freshly prepared! I'd recommend calling ahead, not because of the time needed to prep a fresh pizza, but because there's always a mix of walk-ins and orders, so it's always busy. It's a take-out shop, so seating is very appropriately limited to a bench. You can't get this custom fresh service from any other pizza chain or retail store!
