Absolute best nutrition spot! They have the best atmosphere and are always super friendly! I used to have really bad anxiety going into nutrition shops and would always feel overwhelmed and not know what to order or feel judged. But I’ve never felt that once here! I immediately felt comfortable!

This place is hands down the best nutrition shop in town. Tiffany makes the best loaded teas. Lots of flavors to choose from. Protein shakes are good as well. Paradise Nutrition is a must try!
Awesome little spot owner has a awesome story of body transformation with her and her husband got a strawberry banana protein shake which was really tasty great way to start off the morning
