HUGE menu so there is absolutely something for everyone. But if you’re not a decision sort of gal, the owner will whip something up for you! Sometimes I just walk in and say “Surprise me!” Not only does it get me out of my box- I’ve loved everything she’s made me. Loaded Teas are my favorite 2pm Pick me Up 😀
And can we talk about the muffins? I think I’m addicted. They’re really more like a naked cupcake but actually HEALTHY for you. I mean- cupcake and tea?...
Absolute best nutrition spot! They have the best atmosphere and are always super friendly! I used to have really bad anxiety going into nutrition shops and would always feel overwhelmed and not know what to order or feel judged. But I’ve never felt that once here! I immediately felt comfortable!
The teas, shakes, and premade snacks are amazing! Highest recommendation I could ever give! 🫶🏼
This place is hands down the best nutrition shop in town. Tiffany makes the best loaded teas. Lots of flavors to choose from. Protein shakes are good as well. Paradise Nutrition is a must try!
