So today is my birthday and my mom got me the gluten free original pei wei shrimp w added chicken on brown rice which comes with carrots and pea pods, and it is the worst tasting meal I have ever had. The brown rice had no flavor and had a burnt flavor. The carrots were burnt. The pea pods had no flavor. Whatever they used to bread the shrimp and added chicken tasted like cardboard. The whole meal had no flavor. The sauce they put on the side was the wrong sauce and was way too spicy. It was so horrible that I am most likely not ever eating pei wei food again.

Americanized Asian food for me ….. No Mystery Meat …. No Chicken's Feet.Pei Wei’s food is prepared fresh and served hot; always consistent in taste and presentation. My receipt said that Paige was the friendly lady that took our order. A clean roomy restaurant. My choice for chain restaurant Asian food. It is also better than many of the local Asian restaurants that I have tried.The Lettuce Wraps are my favorite, but today I had the Spicy Korean BBQ Steak. A big bowl of rice covered with a generous portion of tender beef with green onion tops, onion, red bell pepper, stir-fried in a spicy sauce. My wife had the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken: White Meat Chicken, FRESH vegetables (Garlic, Red Bell Peppers, Onions, Broccoli) covered in a liberal amount of creamy delicious Thai Coconut Curry Sauce.Great meals.

First time to ever try this place. I am highly allergic to shell fish and I ordered a gluten free dish with fried rice. Christina was so thoughtful to inform me of the sauce they used for the fried rice and offered to make it with a soy sauce instead. To have someone take their time and make sure that what I ordered was correct and not dangerous for me to eat meant so much! I will definitely be back!!
