Seems like Pei-wei has changed a lot post-pandemic. I was a regular customer before 2020 and they served some really good food with good quantity. But last 2,3 times I visited them- was disappointed. First of all, they still serve in to-go plastic ware. Not sure why they still do that wen all other restaurants have switched back to glass-ware(I could understand plastic wares for dine-in during pandemic but now they should go to glass-ware) This time I ordered pad-thai and it used to have large quantity(enuf for 2 people) and the cost was 8.99. Now they reduced the quantity and increased the price to $10.99. Flavor was just ok. It used to be awesome but now its more sweet and all. I hope pei-wei will return to its old glory.

The food was outstanding, and there was no wait for a table. Our food was out fairly quickly, and I loved the atmosphere. My friend and I were able to talk and hear one another. I would recommend them to everyone.

My Mother Loves Chinese Food. We chose to celebrate her 88th Birthday plus Mother's day at Pei Wei on Yale in Tulsa, OK. I called to make a reservation for a party of Ten and spoke with Olga. She was very accommodating and let me make one. She called me back and asked if it was for a special occasion. I told her for my Mom and Olga said she could do some Birthday decorations. It was SO thoughtful of her to ask. Got there and the area for our party had some birthday decorations with a balloon that my Mom Loved. EVERYONE in our party consistently talked about how Wonderful and Delicious the food was. The portions were Very generous and my Mom and Dad said it is the Best Chinese food we've found in Tulsa! The Staff were All very pleasant and helpful and when we were leaving, Olga offered to take a photo of our family. A staff person took some, then we took a photo of our family With the Staff! My entire family had a wonderful celebration with good food, superb service and Family. I Highly recommend Pei Wei Food at this location!! :-)

Came to dine in at Pei Wei and upon coming in saw Mrs. Olga, I was used to seeing her at the Broken Arrow location. She is great. She is the best. The food and service were excellent.

The assistant manager Mari Cruz is an angel! She and her team at the store on 71st and Yale went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best! My food was delicious and the customer service was the best I've seen anywhere in years! That whole crew especially Mari deserves recognition on how great a job they do!

Ordered through DoorDash and the white rice was pretty much inedible it was so undercooked. They offered to replace it but said they were out of white rice. Drove all the way out there to get a new meal and even the fried rice didn’t seem fully cooked. I also had ordered an egg roll with my meal that came with the original but they didn’t replace that. I mean I guess that wasn’t the complaint but for someone to have to drive all the way back out to the restaurant I would have thrown in a couple extra just for the inconvenience. Not only that, when I finally began to eat the meal it started out ok, but then I bit into one piece of meat that was very clearly just off. I mean it tasted awful, totally different than the other pieces I had eaten which I immediately spit out. After that I was just so put off that I decided to toss the whole meal. I won’t be going back. First and last time.
