Food was excellent as always, but the service was slow. They seemed very short staffed. Only two cooks and one person both delivering food and manning the front register.

No more chicken breast anymore. Instead it is stringy dark thigh meat. Overcooked. Ordered sesame chicken, no sesame on the chicken at all. Wanted to add pineapple, no pineapple anymore. The quality and variety of ingredients are no longer what it once was, but the prices are higher. No actual plates for indoor dining. Kind of got a clue when I pulled up to the parking lot at noon and what was once a bustling busy place is now empty. All things must pass I guess.

Dined with two, ordered 2 appetizers 2 entrees, side of veggies. Everything was delicious. It came out very quickly and service was excellent. My only complaint was that the mens restroom only had one commode out of two stalls I'm hoping they are just waiting for the other one to be reinstalled.

I used to love pei wei but ever since they installed insanely bright lights and blare their music insanely loud, it’s the worst place! The food also sucks!

I'd give zero stars it i could. I never leave bad reviews, bc I feel bad.....not today. This food is straight garbage and microwave chicken lo mein, honey seared chicken and broccoli beef would have been superior. No flavor and rank flavor, noodles wonky, rice was dry, old and clumpy. The crab wontons were dripping in grease and soggy and just plain foul. The brownie was packaged from elsewhere (perhaps QT). You should be closed

Seems like Pei-wei has changed a lot post-pandemic. I was a regular customer before 2020 and they served some really good food with good quantity. But last 2,3 times I visited them- was disappointed. First of all, they still serve in to-go plastic ware. Not sure why they still do that wen all other restaurants have switched back to glass-ware(I could understand plastic wares for dine-in during pandemic but now they should go to glass-ware) This time I ordered pad-thai and it used to have large quantity(enuf for 2 people) and the cost was 8.99. Now they reduced the quantity and increased the price to $10.99. Flavor was just ok. It used to be awesome but now its more sweet and all. I hope pei-wei will return to its old glory.
