Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Ordered to go yesterday and received confirmation of order at 6:52. My son waited 10 minutes and headed up, we live pretty close but allowed about 15 minutes for food to be ready. After over half hour my son finally checks with the staff and apparently they just did not make the order. Six patrons came and went while he was sitting there, nobody asked him what he was waiting on and nobody offered to comp the meal. This is not the first time or the second this has happened. I have put up with it because I like the food and it is close and convenient but I think we are done with Pei Wei at least this location. Mistakes happen but the staff is super complacent and does not care about the customer at all.

How in the hell can you screw up Pei Wei. This rank right up there with how I think dog food tastes. Over cooked, salty , what in the hell did you do to the ingredients.

20 minutes after order ready time and it’s not out. This has sadly happened every time I’ve ordered at this pei Wei. No one greeted us upon walking in either.

Bad food. Noodles tasted burnt. Almost no vegetables

I visited Pei Wei for the first time today 12/10/24. Food/service Nothing to write home about.
I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice almost $16.
I definitely prefer Panda Express over this food and the price. It’s not even as good, and most of it will go in the garbage

Ordered food to go and had to wait a long time for it to be prepared , then they brought it to me all wrapped up and tied . When I got home I found out the egg rolls I had ordered and paid for were missing and the food we got was not what I ordered. I would not recommend ever getting take out from here. I will not be back

Was served a plate of kung pow chicken with a piece of the pan used to cook the food in it. Almost cracked my teeth. At least I got my money back. I will never again eat here

25 minutes for them to get my order wrong. No-one here speaks English. This place is absolutely terrible.

We love this Pei Wei on Memorial!!! The manager Brittany is always so great. I come with my three boys and we order ahead and 9/10 end up eating there. The food is always fresh and piping hot. They are so accommodating and nice when we are there. Just great customer service. Live in jenks but We literally go like once a week cause that location is 5 ⭐️!!!!

The management team at this store is unbelievable. Food is phenomenal. And the entire staff was extremely hospitable. Both managers introduced themselves and made sure everything was satisfactory. I believe their names were Justin and Jocelyn. I came for the food but I'll be back for the J&

Just wanted to say that I had the BEST experience with Justin and his staff at the Bixby location. Professional. Friendly. And knowledgeable of all things we needed. For a new General Manager, he’s got it on lock. Thank you Justin and Pei

First time I've been able to come to this location actually put a five star review I'm glad that they made some changes Justin the new managers got everything in line everything's different anybody who's been there before this season and sees all the bad reviews don't look at them right now because the new management is taking over has made this place bomb and he's very very polite everything's welcoming feeling perfect relaxing worth your money good food attentive and caring is really making a difference so thank you Justin for such a wonderful service and making my life easier by not having to drive across town to a different location
