Couldn't tell you how the food was as we weren't waited on. Got chips and salsa for the table but no bowls. Then sat there for 10 minutes as everyone around us ordered drinks.

Hubby and I have always enjoyed Pepper’s Grill. We went today and had our normal order. I ordered the hamburger steak and Hubby ordered the chicken fingers. The quality was subpar just from the same food a month ago. The price has also increased with a new menu. We are so disappointed. I could understand better if the prices had gone up, and the food remained great. Unfortunately, we won’t be back after many many years of frequenting this restaurant.
The food was great, the staff even better. I would go to Pepper's instead of Chili's.

Pepper's has been a family favorite since the 1980s, althoughwe don't ho there much these days. The chips and salsa was tasty as it's always been. Our group of 3 all had combo fajitas which was served hot and sizzling. Serving size was generous and I brought half of mine home.

Kudos to Tasha, Ellie, and Antonio for making our 38th Anniversary dinner so wonderful. With all the places we could choose for our celebration, we chose our favorite place, Peppers. Tasha created a happy atmosphere, Ellie ensured we had everything we needed, and Antonio masterfully crafted a mouth-watering meal for us. It was fun to celebrate our special day with our Peppers family. The cake and Ice cream really sweetened the experience. Ernie and Phyllis
It doesn’t matter what you order and they seem to have it all – I’ve had great steak dinners, seafoods, salads, burgers…and Mexican dishes! Years ago my wife and I spent a few minutes talking to the owners back at their original location to try and interest them in opening a restaurant in northwest Arkansas, where we'd moved to. They both said they’d love to but were afraid they wouldn’t be able to control the quality of the food and service like they expect from that far away. What a shame, but it does provide a pretty good reason for us to head west on 412 about 95 miles on occasion!

The food was amazing as usual, for the most part, except for the queso being burnt at the bottom. Had to ask for napkins 3 different times before we finally got them. Ordered a drink. Didn’t even get it till we were about done with our meals. Our waitress tended to everyone around us, but hardly checked on us at all. Peppers is usually one of our favorite restaurants to go to. Not so sure anymore. Bad wait staff really doesn’t make me want to come back anytime soon.

I ordered food for my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday since we weren't able to come in and eat since my grandson is in the hospital. The queso was thick and tasted like it had sat in the pan all day. The Linguini didn't have Alfredo sauce on it, instead it had the nasty queso. We thought we would be safe with cheese enchiladas but even those didn't taste right. Pepper's has been one of our favorites for a long time but it truly has gone down hill and we won't be returning anytime soon. If a customer calls to say the food was gross and tells you what the issues were and all you offer is more food to replace the food they already got, do you think that the customer wants more gross food? No, the next step should have been giving money back to the customer or at least part of it since we spent nearly $80.00 for food we didn't eat.
