I am shocked by the lack of respect that was given to me and my friend. I asked one simple question about the menu and was given a one word response without any eye contact. I will not be spending my money here again! Not to mention the fact that both my friend and I felt nauseous after drinking our drinks. COMPLETE waste of money and time.

Asked the employee before making my smoothie if they had milk alternatives. He said, “coconut milk.” I asked for a smoothie made with coconut milk. He used whole milk. When I told him that I was Unable to drink the smoothie, he did not understand what I was talking about. I asked For a refund, but then he made me a milk tea.. with whole milk. I left Very confused and with two drinks I couldn’t consume.

Lady working was very rude! I ordered 2 mango teas with popping pearls she brings me 2 milk teas. When i tell her i didn't order milk teas she said i had to be more specific! Umm your menu clearly states you have teas and milk teas if i would of wanted milk tea that's what i would said. She then says well i can remake them but it's going to take awhile like it was my fault... Won't be going back plus the cost is to much for the quality ?

Very disappointed in the pho we ordered. It comes with no bean sprouts, lime, basil or hot peppers even though they were requested. Very bland and meat was tough.

The spring rolls were great! BUT the chicken pho was not good at all. I basically wasted $14 on it. It tasted like ramen and had a little spice to it which shouldn't be happening unless I add jalapeño to it or some other sauce myself. Oh speaking of sides, I got nothing. No cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapeños, or anything else I get at every pho restaurant. There was a few pieces of cilantro in it, but not what I like. I wasted $25 to have a meal delivered to my hotel! Never again!

The bubble tea is pretty good but the lady who’s usually working as the cashier is so rude that I refuse to go back. Go downstairs and get bubble tea. They are wonderful and the drinks are awesome!

The worst customer service ever! The lady working was very rude and barely even acknowledged us. She acted like we were a complete imposition. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

For a place that is called Pholicious and advertises itself as vietnamese pho, the pho here is as bland and generic as it can get. The broth tastes more like a home made chicken noodle broth, which isn't bad but tastes nothing like pho. Even my daughter refused to eat hers. Not coming back here again.
