Really bummed, paid $32 for 4 cupcakes and a drink. Cupcakes tasted like chemicals/medicine, and we so so sweet they basically all tasted the same. All 4 went unfinished by the family. Boba also wasn't very good, but at least that got finished by my daughter. Wouldn't return, unfortunately. Had high hopes.
Lovely establishment.. unlike the service! The treats were delightful sweet and tasty. The place was well decorated and clean. The service was absolutely terrible, the woman working was very condescending with her demeanor. Wouldn’t return just because of the service being so poor.
Everything in the showcase looked so good and so pretty. From cupcakes to candy, to ice cream. I couldn’t make a decision so I got some of each and I have no regrets. It was fabulous. The manager of the store was very helpful and kind. I will definitely go visit again.
Our first time here since it moved from downtown. I really wish I had just kept the wonderful memories from before. From the moment we stepped in, I felt like we were just in the way. If they don’t want people to eat their treats there, maybe they should remove the tables. Also, if they don’t want people to use the restroom, maybe put up a sign that says “no public restroom”. Maybe, just maybe, a “Whites Only” sign would get the message across better. Just my opinion. Your mileage may vary.
Cute store, however; the lady working was disengaged and not helpful. She would not do anything unless specifically asked, including utensils, napkins, etc. She refused to open the bathroom for my kids, who were covered in icing, to clean up and did not offer an alternative. She sat on her computer and acted as if people coming in were an inconvenience.
The cupcakes were cute but stale and just tasted plain. My pink lemonade was simply a vanilla cupcake with a lemon drop on top, and the turtle was just a chocolate cupcake with no caramel flavor. Overall a disappointing experience.
It’s my favorite place on the planet I am her nana and I love this store. Lindsay always help us! They are all Pleasant and happy. I would Highly recommend display for grandmothers to take their granddaughters or grandsons
It’s so neat in the store and clean. The match green with popping honey boba is so delicious and Lindsey the manager is amazing. Will definitely be back.
Clerk was extremely rude, will not return. We were shopping cupcakes for my wedding and instead of being greeted we were basically pushed out of the store. I will not return or do business here.
The staff was rude
Down in Tulsa from the rodeo and came to Cherry Street. We came here because my husband and I love sweets. Such a great experience and I love the atmosphere of the store. The manager was very sweet as well.🩷 Definitely will come back when I’m down this way again!

My daughter and I visited Pinkitzel on Cherry St. to buy some cupcakes and macarons for my son’s birthday. Upon entering the empty store, we were approached by an employee and immediately the vibe felt off. As we were trying to make our selections, she was very curt and condescending when I asked simple questions. My daughter and I have both worked in customer service, so we were trying to offset her energy by being friendly, but her attitude never improved. I would have just left our items on the counter and walked out, but we needed them that day, and I wasn’t going to let a disgruntled employee ruin the day for us. As we were checking out, I asked her name, and she said that it was Lindsay and added that she was the store manager. We were floored. Then we thought surely this was a one off, and she must be having a terrible day, because no store manager would ever treat customers that way, but then we looked up the reviews. I can’t believe so many people have had this same experience and nothing has been done about it. To the owners…if business is lacking, I can tell you why. There are too many great bakeries in town where you can pay less and have a much better experience. It’s a shame because the concept is fun and the shop is adorable, but the vibe was awful. We won’t be back.
Went with a friend to buy cupcakes today. Place reeked of Pinesol. Clerk was extremely rude so I didn’t purchase what I planned. My friend bought a cupcake and we left. If you are going to be hateful to people you leave a bitter taste. Go somewhere else and be treated well.

Just came in 8;00pm to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend.
customer service given by a Latina young lady with highlights didn’t greet us or even give us recommendations.
When we walked to the register she gave us a blank stare and didn’t ask what we would like to purchase. Until we had to tell her ourself
