Have ordered from this location before and it was quite good. Tonight it was AWFUL! What a waste of money. Had the ultimate meal deal paid extra for large pan and it was almost the worst pizza I've ever had from pizza hut if not the worst pizza ever! Can't see how pizza hut survives in such a competitive market. Shame on you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Dont order from this location my pizza stuck to the pan and about half a slice of pizza was missing from my pie. I sat there and watched them scrape it from the pan, they could've offered to comp me but no they didn't; when i asked for parmesan the lady told me it costs $1.25. I tipped 30% before I even got my order. after that service I won't be back.

Turned away for all you can eat Monday night at 7pm; despite the opening hours being from 11am - 10pm. It must be a slow night, despite two customers being ahead of us - we normally receive outstanding service here - but there was different staff on to other times.

Placed an online order over an hour ago and show up at the pick up time to be told it’s not done and they don’t know when it will be. They stated they had 30 orders to work on. Wasted the whole hour waiting for our dinner.
Update: was able to get our food but the person working the front was very rude and insisted my order did not exist and someone from the kitchen had to come up and show her it did.
