Placed an online order over an hour ago and show up at the pick up time to be told it’s not done and they don’t know when it will be. They stated they had 30 orders to work on. Wasted the whole hour waiting for our dinner.
Update: was able to get our food but the person working the front was very rude and insisted my order did not exist and someone from the kitchen had to come up and show her it did.

If could give them 0stars I would they scam people who pay for online orders and still request you to pay for them and the manager is slow and will tell you he can’t give you a refund until you show up RO NOT GO HERE FOR PIZZA THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!!!!

Placed online order as soon as I got the notification that it was on its way, it said it was delivered Within 30 seconds then an hour went by still no delivery said it was on its way. Poor way the conduct business.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE obdid a online order at 1050...the online tracker said cooking delivery at 1125...at 1148 I called the woman was rude and said we canceled your order because of your phone number....WHY DIDN'T YOU INFORM ME BY EMAIL AND THE PHONE NUMBER ITS A TULSA NUMBER PUT 2&2 TOGETHER
The thin crust pizza was over cooked and tasted terriable. It was like i was eating plastic. The pepperoni original crust had a weird taste to it. nothing like the Pizza Hut pizza i have eaten in the past. The only good thing was the cheese breadsticks

I placed an order on the website before the store was open for when they opened up to prepare. It created an issue with delivery because the system immediately assigned a door dash driver to pick up my order since this location uses them for delivery. Victor an employee at the store handled the drivers that keep showing up and my order to make sure i received my order fresh. The system didn’t work the best but victor handled the situation for me perfectly!

Worker Alex was very rude and not helpful at all. It was way before 10pm before store closed for pickup. I wanted to order and was standing right outside to pickup instead of delivering. This employee does not need to be working there at all.
