My son had been asking for pizza from Pizza Hut for several days leading up to his birthday. He had his perfect order all planned out, so I ordered it for carry out. It was pretty good, except for the fact that instead of the cookie he asked for, they sent home brownies. Both are good, but when you have your taste set on something special- especially on your birthday- it can be a little disappointing. That said, we did not drive back to exchange it, and I'm sure they would have corrected the error, but we were tired and hungry, so that's on me.

12 year CARRYOUT CUSTOMER at this Pizza Hut. My last 3 pizzas have been picture perfect. Always on time. Window attendant friendly with great sense of humor. He wished me a "Merry Christmas" in 100 degree weather. I don't get all of the negative reviews. A lot are out-of-state (weird), low # of reviews, delivery, or from years ago. Over the years most, but not all, of my carryout orders have been very good or above. I have no experience with their delivery.

I never really eat here but I got through half my pizza to realize there's moldy tomatoes. Very disappointed especially since eating out is so expensive I expect at least the food not to be moldy.

My previous review 2 year ago was excellent but not now. My last two orders were on time but the "hand tossed" crust was flat like thin crust as if it had been sitting a long time ago. The window personnel is not rude but not friendly either. They act as if selling you a pizza is an inconvenience to them. This Pizza Hut has gone way down recently. There seems to be a personnel turnover problem. Something is wrong with this "Hut".
Great. Hit the drive thru, they forgot something I came back through and they corrected it. Food was great people were nice. Do not order from 31st memorial pizza hut 3 awful experiences there had me try this one out. This place is good

They really need to close these places down. They don't make good food inside stores like target. The employees aren't paid enough. $15 an hour minimum. I won't support slave wages
