This was a delivery that was very prompt, pizza was good, even the Door Dash guy got here safely.. 😉the wings were kinda meh.. but the pizza was good and tasty, way better than dominoes or papa Johns.. good job Pizza Hut, 81 st & Harvard.

Received the wrong food twice. Terrible customer service and food. If you have an issue, don't expect a resolution other than being hung up on and called hateful. The GM, Ashley Jamar, is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They really need someone more competent and mature to run this location, or someone who is capable of resolving issues without yelling or making derogatory comments. In the meantime, I would spend your money literally anywhere else.

Ordered originally got food was terrible had to complain could not justify the price payed then they email me freed credit im glad then order another night didn't know credits had come in yet as they don't notify you I then had the pizza delivered to my house which apparently used my credits up which i didn't know about the delivery guy sits their waiting to be paid so I assumed the credits had not gone thru yet payed them for the full meal then look at receipt later and find out it was only 1.39 for the tax and then they some how charged me that same delivery fee fee the tax on my debit card this is insane I go back to try to use my credits and their used up this is unacceptable bussiness practices this economy is to hard for a company to do these things be very cautious ordering from this store location im sorry but this review is deserved I still can't believe this
