I waited in their lobby area for 10 minutes, I even said “Hello” to see if anyone was there. Store fully open 5 Togo orders on the board ready for pick up but not a person insight. If there was a such thing as NO stars this location surely earned it 81st / Union
Pizza Hut and Door Dash can't get their stuff together. Each side refused to deliver our missing items. So both of you can have a negative review! All apologies and no action .. yawn

Tulsa Ok pizza hut, you are doing a great job!! Very friendly staff. 25-minute wait. Only 2 chairs to sit. There are no tables inside. A restroom is available. I appreciate that! The food was hot and delicious. Busy area, so parking is challenging. Football Sunday today, so they are super busy and still manage to keep the time down. Great job on that and still being friendly.
This was a delivery that was very prompt, pizza was good, even the Door Dash guy got here safely.. 😉the wings were kinda meh.. but the pizza was good and tasty, way better than dominoes or papa Johns.. good job Pizza Hut, 81 st & Harvard.

Received the wrong food twice. Terrible customer service and food. If you have an issue, don't expect a resolution other than being hung up on and called hateful. The GM, Ashley Jamar, is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They really need someone more competent and mature to run this location, or someone who is capable of resolving issues without yelling or making derogatory comments. In the meantime, I would spend your money literally anywhere else.
