Always LATE ⏰ I don’t know why but I always had to wait here forever even when it’s not busy at all. Pls fix the way you work. The staff attitude is unacceptable.

I went in about a week ago for a doordash and the blonde mangers was extremely rude I waited for the my phone notifications that pizza was ready when I went inside the blonde lady with obvious drug issues was having a bad day I guess dealing with another customer because the card machine was not working and when I ask if my order was ready she scoffed, rolled her eyes and slammed/threw the pizza on the counter and when she did the ranch and everything on top of box fell on the ground and she left to back. It was very unprofessional and the GM needs to control her mangers or get retraining because that was the rudest experience I ever had will not be back and will tell everyone I know that as long as they have rude / unprofessional workers to go to a different pizzahut/pizza place💯 if your in customer service the first and foremost important thing is the customer and if the blonde manger cant Handel customer service she need to either retraining or to be fired! as long as she there acting rude because she coming down or whatever yall will continue to lose business all because people want to be rude to customers when it there job again WILL NEVER BE BACK BECAUSE IF THIS EXPERIENCE

I will no longer be patronizing your business. This evening was an absolute disaster. I stood in your lobby for 2.5 hours waiting on my food. When I asked for some sort of compensation I was met with a rude comment from your employee. I ordered 4 personal pan pizzas all with 1 topping. I got 4 individual slices of cold cheese pizza, no toppings.. Top it off I ordered cinnamon sticks and got sticks with nothing on them, just bread? I’m sorry you guys were overwhelmed but this is ridiculous.

The staff is amazingly helpful and kind helping me carry my order out to the car when I don't have a family member to assist whether I'm in my wheelchair or just on crutches. They are greatly appreciated.
I just arrived and this place is so empty 😕I work on restaurant business and the employees seems like rude specially Alberto he’s not even polite or not grey customers ask to use restroom is filthy he don’t let me use it because I need to purchase is ok , but he seems like he’s not nice with customers his name is Alberto he’s very rude 🙁😕

We ordered a cheese pizza and got chewy cardboard with barely any sauce and so little cheese that the top of the pizza was red. I had to rip the pieces apart because the crust was so tough they obviously couldn’t cut through it

Second time isn't, Janet I think was her name took my order tonight I asked for chicken/bacon parm and a meat lovers here what I got Second time around. Half bacon and half chicken and the other is onions pepperoni and sausage not meatlovers and chicken/bacon parm the whole pizza
