We ordered a cheese pizza and got chewy cardboard with barely any sauce and so little cheese that the top of the pizza was red. I had to rip the pieces apart because the crust was so tough they obviously couldn’t cut through it

First time was my fault didn't watch what I order. Second time isn't, Janet I think was her name took my order tonight I asked for chicken/bacon parm and a meat lovers here what I got Second time around. Half bacon and half chicken and the other is onions pepperoni and sausage not meatlovers and chicken/bacon parm the whole pizza

Had ordered a double pepperoni, Big New Yorker pizza and had to wait well over the estimated delivery drop off time. The delivery driver did not have the best attitude when I opened the door to finally get the pizza. Requested napkins and plates. No napkins or plates were given.

Ordered a personal pan pizza and boneless buffalo wings as part of their $6.99 deal. The pizza had 2 toppings(beef and jalapenos) and was good. Wings were not upto the mark. Still it is worth the price.

I placed a carryout order at 11:30 am. When I arrived to pick it up, the store's doors were locked and all the lights were off. I called the store and was routed to the call center. The rep attempted to call the store, and our call was dropped. I called back and was routed to a new agent who offered to cancel the original order and place a new one for delivery. I was told the order would arrive at 12:31. I called back at 12:36, and the rep told me the only thing she could see was the order status was showing "late." She asked me to give them a few more minutes. At 12:50, I called back and canceled the order that still hadn't arrived. I ordered from Domino's and had my delivery within 20 minutes.
