Ordering pizza from this establishment is absolutely the worst idea you could possibly have!!! The last time I went to this place. I literally sat at their drive through window for at least 15 minutes while everyone was in the back... Every once and a while I saw delivery drivers come in. I'd try to wave at them and they'd leave without paying me any attention. Nobody would come but I could literally see the pizza I had ordered in their little warmer through the drive through window. That's the ONLY reason I didn't leave. I'd already paid for it and could see it through the window. So I took a picture to show my wife that I could see our pizza sitting there but nobody would come to the window. Another delivery driver walked through and saw me talking pictures through the window as he was walking to the back. It wasn't until that point that someone finally came to the window and it was obvious that he only came to the window because he was told I was taking pictures. Because the attitude he gave me when he finally handed me the pizza that had been sitting in that warmer the whole time I'd sat there looking at it was completely unbelievable. The pizza was paid for through the pizza hut app so all the guy had to do was hand it to me but I don't know what they were doing that they couldn't come to the window bc this was a few months ago during a time when their lobby was closed and besides the delivery drivers that weren't paying me any attention until they saw taking pictures🤷♂️ I don't give a shit about any free pizza from pizza hut so I never called corporate to complain about any management or any individual workers. I don't care about trying to get anyone fired. I just won't ever eat there again and I will let everyone else who can read this, know exactly how my experience was.

Ordered for delivery the other night after work just for my order to be wrong and disgusting. The food was still raw and just thrown together only attempted to take one bite. Still waiting on my refund almost a whole week later because management can't figure out how to give a customer their money back. 10/10 don't waste your time with this place.

I don’t k ow who the guy is that is the manager but he and the team up there are really lazy, as a chef who works in a kitchen and keeps it going till close no, no worker at this store should just be allowed to just stop 45-60 minutes before you are closed

I came to this location for a carryout order and when I arrived the front door was locked and a sign said please use the drive-thru and I didn't drive I was on foot and people don't like you walking through the drive-thru so I tapped on the window and the lady yelled at me that she was by yourself and I needed to walk through the drive through she didn't care about the policy so I waited 20 minutes behind to pick up truck to get up to the window for her to hand me my dinner box that didn't have the correct toppings and was cold and had very little cheese I was very disappointed with my experience at Pizza Hut as I've been a very avid Domino's customer since a very bad experience the last time I attempted over 6 months ago

Food quality of all items were below satisfactory. Calzone thing was dark brown and black and overtly crispy yet the ingredients inside were barely warm. The boneless wings had hardly any meat and were over cooked to where one was inedible.

I always order carryout or have it door dashed. It's always always fast and hot, non-greasy and delicious. Most pizza places are excessively greasy that I have to get a napkin to dab off the extra, but I don't with Pizza Hut. They always cut the slices even and all the way through. I really enjoyed not having to fight with the pizza to get it out of the box. Not all Pizza Huts have those cup pepperonis, so love that this one does. By far my favorite Pizza Hut to order from.
